Jo-Ann is the Founder and Manager of Beyond Beautiful Aesthetics, Ltd. In keeping with our philosophy of investing in oneself, Jo-Ann received her professional training in Microbiology, completing undergraduate and graduate degree studies in Health Services Administration. Jo-Ann has been in the healthcare sector for 45 years, with 30 of those years in administration posts.

First off,Joann who sits at the front desk is amazing and so personable with everyone that walks in, you would never know that its her establishment. Once I start a conversation with her I never want it to end. When I make my appointments its for Reiki with Donna and I'm always blown away. Donna is such a wonder and calm person and her work speaks for itself. I usually drift off as she's doing her thing and I love the smell of the essential oils she uses. I feel that I've developed a spiritual relationship with her and trust Donna

I was receiving laser hair removal and bought a package for one year. One day I received a message asking me to reschedule my appointment. I rescheduled my appointment. Once my appointment was approaching they told me they were no longer doing laser hair removal and would refund me my money. I followed up and they never refunded any money. I do not recommend this place.

I've been with Beyond Beautiful for two years and I'm gratified every time I come back. First of all, the staff is very accommodating and knowledgeable, the ambiance is very relaxing, service is OK, prices are competitive and location wise it's an A+! I've been with Sam for quite some time and she's a major asset for Beyond Beautiful. She has given me an inside view of the real meaning of the word "Beautiful". And she is a master of injectables... she knows where to put them, and at the right time and place. Today was my first time with Anna, she did OK, and she's well-versed in her specific line
