Allan represented the seller and he is is very obnoxious and very rude. He lies a lot about transaction especially paperwork. Very unprofessional in his dealings with my realtor and me. he still have to get his seller to sign paperwork, ( release agreement) but instead advised her client not to sign. I am in the process of taking legal action against him regarding this matter. His licence should be revoked.

Total disaster. Would not recommend for any home purchase. And confidence or simply lack of caring resulted in significant delay in closing despite the fact we were guaranteed everything has been taken care of. Also fabricated that they were other interested buyers in the home and encouraged us to offer full asking price. Turned out to be not true.

Alan is hands down the very best, most reliable Real Estate Agent out there, no doubt about it! Alan is extremely knowledgeable about both the buying ans selling process and is ALWAYS available to answer any questions or concerns any day, any time. I would give 0 stars if possible. Very unhelpful, and discouraging. Alan was extremely rude during my home searching experience. When looking at potential houses, he said to stop wasting my time because I didn't have enough financing when we had never discussed my finances. Very quick way to lose buisness.
