Don't rent with any of their properties. I lived on the Ambassador East and I don't know where to start with the negatives.
1. Big issues with roaches
2. Leaks that never got resolved.
3. Hallways constantly dirty and super stinky.
4. Rooftop and Gym remained closed the whole year we were there. We emailed the company about it and they tried to say it was because of COVID even send me a page with the current regulations as proof to what they were saying. The page literally wrote on it that the GYMS are open and should open. Which I pointed out and never got a response.

I lived at the Paper mill lofts for 4 years and paid my rent on time every month (my husband had the bank send the rent check). When we moved out we never told that we would not receive our security deposit. After contacting management, we were told that we did not pay one month’s rent. We were never told which month we did not pay, just that a month’s rent was missing.

Their "Ambassador East" appears to have been built in the 1950s and was never renovated. They just lather paint over the walls and cabinets. Dead cockroaches on the floor in the bathroom. Bad location. Ms. Amaya was 25 minutes late to my showing today and didn't even bother apologizing. That set the tone for all the rest. Bad vibes right away. She said "we have a cardio room but as you can imagine it's closed. We have roof, but closed." Well, actually... many buildings have reopened their facilities. It's apparent you are just too lazy of a management company to bother doing it. Don't rent here

Zero stars. These guys are horrible. There has been construction at Carlton Towers for almost two years and it never ends. Extreme noise every day and it is still going. It is terrifying to live in this building with a small child. The ridiculous amount of dust that comes in our apartment daily is not healthy. We're leaving. Cannot jeopardize my child's health this way. Have complained many times and Carlyle does not care! I'm surprised no one has sued them yet.

***UPDATE: It is now August 7, 2019, and my issue that I brought to Michael's attention on May 4, 2019 is still unresolved. I called the office and was told that he was not in the office, the receptionist was not sure when he would be in, and that she was unable to schedule a phone appointment for me to speak with him. He resurfaced for one day (following the original review), did not resolve or even seem to understand my issue, but did manage to tell me that there were about $300 worth of old utilities bills they "forgot" to charge me that are now due. I still have yet to receive any actual proof

Would give 0 stars if possible, these guys are bad news and have absolutely no respect for their tenants, merely cashing checks on properties they own. Refuse to fix anything and unresponsive after 16 months of renting from them, will be very happy to never have to interact with them after the lease is over...

Lived at one of their properties and had to call them at least twice a month about an issue with my online portal. They were very unapologetic for their mistakes but instead unprofessional and never called back when they said they would. Now I've moved out and am still dealing with them taking off charges that should not be there in order for me to pay my electric bill. I've never experienced such awful customer service.
