EDIT: OH and you HAVE to email them if you want charges on your account explained. You can’t TALK to them like adults conducting business. You have to email them and wait for a response. It’s their “policy”. Just save your time, energy, happiness, and money and look elsewhere.
They only care about money. They don’t care about fixing leaks or one’s living conditions AT ALL. I’ve been contacting them for weeks about a hole in my kitchen ceiling. It’s now three buckets in my kitchen collecting water. I’m sure if they had to live here, it would have been fixed by now. Please think

This is the worse company in Philadelphia after agreeing with taking federal government funds for covid the evil unprofessional down right sad woman took us for eviction she communicate with us with one law professional while using another to file false claims she a liar and a crook but worse was the property nasty mice everywhere broken water heater and bad pipes leaking roofing that cause serious water damage behind bd walls and a broken shower head that was the easiest to fix but nope and instead of improving she comes on here and blames all the tenant for our complaints but one person testimonials

The management is so bad they give the tenants attitude, then when the tenants stand up for themselves, the tables turn now the tenants look like they’re disrespectful.. NO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT !!!!!! HAVE LUBLIN CORPORATION MANAGEMENT manage any other properties not your friends or co-workers, especially if your considering Renting a home .. I would NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO USE THEM . The worst experience by far for having a landlord or reality company. This house is roach infested. And mice infested. Ive reached out the 2nd day i moved in. Aug 4 i moved in on the 2nd. I asked if i could do the renovations that way it could be fixed up to par. They told me no. The bathroom cabinets and kitchen cabinets was roach infested with the droppings and all. You feel like you dont know whats really wrong with the house until you actually are in the house. Granted only my bottom cabinet in the bathroom was fixed not the top and my kitchen cabinets are rotten with holes the top cabinets

My boyfriend and I have lived in the house we rented from Lublin Corp for two years, never caused any trouble and always paid rent on time and we COULDN’T WAIT to move out. For two winters the old radiator in the bathroom has worked on and off, maintenance people would come to “ fix it” then the next day it would be broken again. After many trips of maintenance coming out and the radiator still broken we just gave up.
There was a leak in the kitchen ceiling which took forever to be repaired, it looks horrendous but at least it’s not raining in the kitchen anymore.

This is by far the worse property management company ever! I rented 5552 Addison st. Please do not waste your time to be belittled and disrespected and spend your hard earned money. They lack communication skills and always have incorrect info on the ledger.... They even tried to wrongfully evict me and put my name on a WHOLE OTHER ACCOUNT!!! I will update after court hearing....DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! They redline and are the most unethical company

If I could put 0 stars I would. For one I was moved in a home with small children that was not tested for lead. Later when the home was tested for lead it came back positive and nobody notified me !! I found out because the lady came to paint the window in question. The property manager is the worse, she does not care about the tenants or children at all, solely about money. Rewind to move in day. There was no heat or water in residence. When the water was turned on there was a serious leak, or should I say waterfall in the enclosed porch and living room. My family had to stay at a friends house

This was the worse experience in my life! This place had us apply for the property first! Once we went on the showing/walk thru of the property it was horrible! The toilet was old and dirty! The closet had mice droppings in the closet that led up to a pack of ramen noodles! The basement had a washer and dryer hookup but the sink was filthy! It had mold in the sink and everything! We requested for them to fix all those issues, replace the toilet and the sink in the basement and get an exterminator in there because we were still willing to rent.
