Services
Frankel and Rubinson formed a partnership in 1977, to acquire and manage residential real estate. Ronald functioned as director of acquisition, development and operations. Stephen provided support in the areas of marketing, planning and finance. Together, they successfully acquired, renovated, managed and sold hundreds of residential properties.
