I received my home inspection, mold, and structural pest training and certification from the Professional Home Inspection Institute (PHII) an affiliate of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) and the National Society of Home Inspectors (NSHI) in which I am a member. I also have 15 years of experience in construction that started in junior high by helping my father tear down, remodel and construct buildings.
I have owned several houses that I have remodeled from top to bottom; inside and out so my knowledge of building materials and methods is solid. I have always had a love for construction and real estate so home inspection is a natural extension. I do not work for realtors, finance companies, builders, or have alliances with third parties.

Whether you're buying or selling a home, it is PRO-TEC Home Inspections' mission to provide the BEST service possible. I schedule inspections based on what is convenient for my client, but I would request that you give me ample time (most home inspections average 2 to 3 hours) at the home. Along with the walk through inspection I'll provide you with a fully customized narrative report, detailing every component and system problem with pictures.
A home inspection entails a visual inspection of all the major features of a home, including the HVAC system, interior plumbing and electrical systems, the walls, ceilings, floors, windows, doors, roof, attic, and other structural components (refer to the Services tab for a complete listing). A home is the largest purchase most people will ever make.
