A preventive program is a cooperative effort by the patient, dentist, and dental staff to preserve the natural dentition and supporting structures by preventing the onset, progress, and recurrence of dental diseases and conditions. Preventing dental disease starts at home with good oral hygiene and a balanced diet.
Digital radiography (digital X-ray) is the latest technology used to take dental X-rays. This technique uses an electronic sensor (instead of X-ray film) that captures and stores the digital image on a computer. Digital X-rays reduce radiation 80-90% compared to the already low exposure of traditional dental X-rays.
Intraoral cameras are changing the face of routine dental appointments. The intraoral camera gives the patient a unique view of each tooth - enabling them to understand diagnoses and make informed treatment decisions. The intraoral camera is connected to a computing unit at the side of the dental chair.

I have been at this practice for while. I scheduled my regular cleaning in December and a new dentist was helping them out because during the holiday period they get very busy.
I got my cleaning with Dr. Alex Ahn, and I was surprised by how well detailed he was. It was the first time since I moved to the area that I was 100% happy with my cleaning. I wish he was part of the team on the daily basis.

I have been going to Dr. Li’s office for five years. Always friendly, professional service that is efficient. The dentists do the actual cleaning and get you in and out of there quickly. They also accommodated me on a Saturday when I had a dental emergency, working through their lunch hour to get me back up and running. Easy to recommend them.

Needed to schedule an urgent cleaning between my busy personal schedule. Was able to get in the next day. Friendly staff and Dr. Leung was great! Great to see female Dentists when all of my previous ones have been men. Cleaning went by without a hitch and she even treated a tiny cavity with amazing speed and zero pain or numbing shots. One of the easiest dentist appointments in my life. Will definitely be returning.

Dr. Lim has been taking care of my teeth for a couple of years. She helped me through wisdom teeth removal, root canal to cleanings and fillings. I had so many problems in my mouth the first time I came here, all of which are taken care of professionally and kindly in the last 2 years. Now I only need minimal maintenance. Dr. Lim is so knowledgeable, patient and gentle, which made my every visit super comfortable. I ever felt any discomfort even when injecting the anesthesia. Highly recommend!

After reading all the glorious reviews (may be fake?), I decided to visit this place for regular dental check up and cleaning. Even before I visited the place, it was annoying to see so many texts reminding about the appointment. The appointment literally lasted for 15 min, which I have never seen any dentist rush through so fast before(especially for first time visit!)

My family has been seeing Dr. David Li for more than 5 years. He’s definitely the most knowledgeable, skillful dentist I’ve ever met since I moved to the Bay Area. Recently, I made an appointment for a cleaning before my insurance ends at the end of the month. I found Dr.David C Li's office on Yelp 3 yrs ago and can't say enough about how amazing and patient they are. Dr. Jenny Lim is my primary dentist, here. She is sincere and gentle and only does necessary fixes. She is phenomenal and truly cares about her patients.
This office follows strict Covid-19 protocols. The waiting area is closed.Hence, when you arrive for your appointment, you've to wait in your car and text them to inform that you're outside waiting.The reason for texting before you walk inside the office, is to have only 1 person

I had appointments with Dr. Lim for a consult and filling my teeth and am happy with my experience. Dr. Lim was very professional and explained all the procedures that needed to be done thoroughly. During the process, she was considerate and checked in on whether I'm doing okay multiple times and told me what to expect afterwards.
The office is also doing a good job of following covid protocols. My temperature was checked before entering and I had to fill out a questionnaire regarding exposure. The doctors were wearing PPE and using gloves during the whole process.

I had been always reluctant to see a dentist until my colleague recommended Dr. Lim. Dr. Lim is very easy-going and I really like the fact that she tried her best to save my tooth before doing a root canal. I had a big cavity and a few smaller ones. Dr. Lim explained the process very thoroughly and kept ask me how I felt during the procedures. I visited their offices a few times during COVID and they have good protocols. Dr. Lim had two layers of masks on during the entire procedure and keeps changing the gloves. I feel I was in good hands and being well taken care of.

A disappointing visit. Before my visit, I was required to provide dental insurance through text message after I made the appoint, and I provided all the information they need. But during the day I visit, the front-desk still comes to me asking about the dental insurance. They did not align well internally, and wasted my time.
Plus, their attitude is no good. Their English isn't that well with accent, but they speak very fast. They can see that I am not a native speaker and I need to stop and think about some expressions sometimes when I talk about some details, but they still speak very fast

Had to drive for 45 minutes to get my check up and cleaning done in this office but its worth it! I had been looking for an office that will take good care of me and my concerns on my teeth, and this office did just that! Ive always been afraid of going to the dentist but the employees in this office is really nice and accommodating! After my appointment they even gave me some options to do for whitening, other than the long drive, I recommend this office big time!

This office has NO respect for patients time AND they will kick you out if you point out their mistreatment.
They do NOT communicate back to patient any issues or concerns. Seems like front desk (appealingly nice) and the management has major disconnect.
They are more concerned about their image than respecting the patient.
They have NO concern for patients privacy and should be INVESTIGATED by HIPPA for violations.
I would NOT trust any positive feedback for them.

Staff were all extremely friendly and took extra measures to ensure both patients and staff are properly protected due to Covid-19.
TL;DR = This is the best dental cleaning experience I've ever had in the Bay Area with dentists and staff who care about their patients the most!
Dr. Lim started with checking my face, jaw, and mouth for any cancer. None of my dentists have ever done that before. After taking an X-Ray, she also thoroughly explained why they take X-Rays and what they look for, and post cleaning she pulled up my scans

Figured I'd write an updated review based on my covid dental experience. I went in for teeth cleaning. It was very good & smooth overall. I felt safe for the most part given that I can be paranoid sometimes. Upon arrival, I called the front desk to check in as I waited inside my car. Front desk/Sora came out with a forehead thermometer & checked my temperature before going into the dental office. She also had me fill out this patient questionnaire (something new for covid) asking if I have/ had any symptoms, traveled in the last 14 days etc. Maybe waited for 5 minutes or so then Dr

I had a terrible experience with a root canal etc. in 2016, and now there's just all sortsa malarkey going on in there!
Mr. Li (and his team) to the rescue!
I was very worried about potentially losing another tooth, but I was comforted to know there are options if it turns out I need to say goodbye. I'm very attached to all of my little bits and pieces love them all so much do not want to let go of any part of me. Eep!
