The staff and maintenance are very nice, none of the issues that I've had have involved them. With that being said, it could not be more apparent that the people who run this place don't care at all. I've only lived here for a short time, but I've already had so many issues. Water leaks through my ceiling whenever it rains, my bathroom lacks basic necessities like drain stoppers, and it's pretty much impossible to get cold water for my showers. When the maintenance does fix issues like these, it usually takes around 4 to 6 weeks, however more often than not they completely fail to do so. I don

Current management property is threatening to tow my authorized vehicle, saying it is unauthorized, due to not liking how I keep the interior in it. There was no attempt to contact me and ask for me to change it nor was there any communication though text, email, or in person that it would be towed in 24 hours. Been here 5 years and will likely never be here again.
Stay away from this place.
Edit: update after moving out. The manager during my move in did not record the security deposit correctly that my lease stated and that I paid. It took some time but in the end the office was no help and

The property is alot nicer then the apartment i just left. Its very quite and well kept. Marilyn the leasing agent is amazing. She made my move in perfect and trouble free. She is for sure a subject matter expert and deserves a promotion/raise. She has done a phenomenal job at keeping me informed on my lease and all the things needed for my move in. I hope to make spring pointe a long term home and those reading this review should too.

I have lived here since Jan 2021 and This place is horrible! The windows leak and the walls leak. I submitted a work order in March and it took until June to get addressed (incorrectly at that). The foundation is shifting, causing walls to crack and doors are extremely difficult to close. My front door is delaminating to the point that it barely closes. The electrical wiring in the garage is poorly done, so that at times the garage door does not open. Not a huge hassle, but the hot and cold water lines are mixed up so washer connections need to be swapped and things like the bathroom escutcheon

This has been the WORST apartments I have ever lived in. They are slow to resolve any issues, if they even resolve the issue. My car was broken into and I went to management 3 times. 3 times to report it and every time I went I was told to “come back” then they would send their maintenance person to tell me I could come back and talk to the manager. The first month moving in my apartment flooded multiple times and it took MONTHS to fix the issue and not just fixing the issue, it took even longer to replace my floor board leaving an exposed wall. I paid around $80 per month for sewer and same

This place has been under new management for several months and it is a great find for the money - quick to resolve maintenance issues. I have never been charged for anything other then agreed upon fees.
If you are a renter you know that ALL complexes vary from time to time on services and maintenance depending on management and owner.
Right now it is a 5 star!
Why anyone would pay more to have granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances I can't say - you are not buying the unit, usually just a year or two stay.
