Extremely unprofessional when I asked for a copy of my prescription I was told it was “store policy “ to only release it by going into the store .
I moved 4 months ago and this would require me to drive 2 hours . According to the FTC a consumer has rights to their prescription through email and when I brought this up was hung up on .
Tldr if you’re young and care about integrity avoid this company as they directly violate state and federal law .

Got there early and Tanya took me in very quickly for a pre exam then Dr Laura Klausmeyer did the full exam. The whole process went without much waiting and with lots of attention to detail. Seemed like everyone works well together with good energy. My first time there and i really felt very comfortable and cared for by a great team.
A week later I get a call about doing an OCT test. I asked them if this was included in the $214 charge I paid last week because I was told that my exam was $150 before going there. Also ,I reminded them that I never got a copy of my prescription and they said they
