Place is a joke, only redeeming quality is the landscaping. The staff offers no help or assistance with the overwhelming number of trash bag tenants. Noise all hours of the day, zero consideration for neighbors. The property was built by the cheapest construction company and materials that could be found. If you have a noise complaint they will simply say there is nothing we can do unless it’s after ten pm and then just inform you to contact OCSD which turns into nothing. New Year’s and the Fourth of July it sounds like a third world country. Place is a cesspool and a money pit. You are paying

It has been a long time and we keep seen a WHOLE BUNCH of people renting as RBNB and they unfortunately are very unpleasant, since they do not care about a quiet and peaceful and clean place to live.
They bring pets and do not pick up after their pets.
They do not have their key fob to get in the building and keep asking residents to opened the building to get in.
kids run around their apparent after 11pm.
This has already been address to the leasing office and they play like if they have no clues what’s going on or like they are no “aware”.
Instead of raising the rest make sure of taking

Hogwash to these reviews, seemed to be paid for.
MOLD, MOLD, MOLD!!!! Apartments are covered in MOLD. They have us living and breathing it. They continue to ignore it, as if it is going to magically go away. Their maintenance people call is mildew. I am a specialist who lived there and moved out, as the mold was seeping through my Air Conditioning vent. I had my Company do an analysis of it, and they said it is dangerous and heavy, and it will infect the whole building eventually. The residents do not even realize that their apartments has mold. It is also not clean, the buildings have gotten

I absolutely love living here. Things have changed so much since we first got our lease a year ago. I am glad that they are becoming stricter about the rules that need to be followed. They are constantly on top of people for leaving garbage in the hallways before pick up time, in order to avoid stench in the hallway. I admire the fact that even though they have great customer service, they have even risk their own friendships with the neighbors, because they put running the facility over friendship. The Vernazza community in Kissimmee, Florida is a great place to live . It’s very clean and safe Neigborhood. The management is fantastic and great to work with. These apartments have all the amenities you can ask for. They are in a very convenient location and the staff tries to tend to all your questions in a professional manner, which I personally appreciate. I have personally seen Kathy and Ray go out of their way to take time to pay special attention to a tenant with a problem that is outside of their ability to help, which shows their heart. They don't just care about the job, they care about the people, which is rare to find.
This place gets my high praise for all they offer.

I got a package that went missing and when I asked the office to look into the camera the manager said she couldn't do anything about it. The cameras probably doesn't even work... a whole sofa was stolen in my building when new neighbors were moving in... till this day I never got an e-mail or notification if they could look the cameras, it has been 1 month. I also had a argument with the manager of the leasing office about a parking spot. The gentleman at the front office Rainiero is extremely helpful and kind, but the apartments themselves are built terribly. My neighbors scream and slam doors all the time. Not to mention the trash they throw off the balcony onto mine. I've complained countless times. I just want out of my lease at this point, but I will likely have to end up paying my last months rent and leaving early which is a total waste of money.

Renters BEWARE of this leasing community: Based on my experiences, and personal opinion...Which are based on my experiences here. Also, if you go over the other residents reviews, you will see what I am are referring to. We don't even understand how is it that these builders/ leasing/ real-estate companies are allowed to make this apartments available for rent. When they shouldn't be. The construction is NOT up to standards. Period. They advertise a move in special and then they want to change it up on you when ever they feel like it. Even though; you have emails & actions saying

The regional manager -Carol Lehnert as well as the community on site manager Mirium/Aaron are both aware of all the following. 👌😲 My boyfriend and I moved into Vernazza in January and it has been one hell hole after another. LIZ was the person who not only FRAUDulently signed a lease FOR us but who ended up charging extra fees… totalling to hundreds of dollars more than we were suppose to pay, pocketing money grams and cash. we were suppose to move into a balcony apartment but last minute she switched to ground floor. Vernazza apartments are luxury apartments located close to The Loop. It is centralized in a well-balanced location.
It’s a must go!
They have elevators for the apartments that are easily accessible. The apartments themselves are beautiful and worth while.
The most I love is all the resources the clubhouse provides. They have areas to study and the pool is beautiful, Barbecues are so much fun to have there.
Under new management, which has made a big difference. Truly worth it.

Encountered the new company and Orlando the assistant manager disrespected my wife. The system is down a hurricane is coming and he wants to sit there and lie to our faces saying that all residents have paid their rent by check instead of online which is not true. A resident came in and said the same thing I did that because of the system being… down we can’t pay rent online. Orlando needs a reality check he has a terrible attitude and stated that he has been working at this property so he knows what all the residents are doing. Not true he has been working their one day. What a terrible
