My husband and I have decided to not renew our lease. If you move here please avoid building number 1. There are several residents with multiple vehicles who never use their garages. It’s like living at a used car dealership. Most tenants leave their garages open as well, it’s like they’re using the garage as an additional room. No one wants to ride by and see an episode of hoarders everyday. It’s quite unsightly. I’m not sure if there’s a limit on how many vehicles a unit can have or how many occupants but 5 vehicles to a townhouse seems a bit excessive as well as 500 people occupying

I recently applied to this apartment complex. The townhouse offered the space I needed. I went by the office on a Sunday to see the townhouse and although they were listed as open, the person who eventually called back informed me she was not at that property that particular day. So, basically the hours listed are not accurate.
She informed there was only 1 townhouse available. Once I showed up and she took me on a tour she later said they had multiple applicants on the townhouse. The story she gave me didn’t make any sense and I felt like she (Heidi) did not want to rent from me. I would hate

My husband and I moved here in September and have nothing but positive things to say. We had lived in a house for over 40 years so were a bit nervous about moving to an apartment, but our experience has been good. The women in the office are very helpful, especially Lisa. Whenever we have an issue, our work orders are taken care of quickly and professionally. We love the 2 car garages with access directly into our apartment on the first floor. There is also plenty of storage space for us in the garage and the apartment since we didn't downsize quite as much as we should have.

I have changed my name to protect the innocent. I was a resident there for over a year and the office workers (especially Connie) are rude , lack follow-up, and only care that they are making money off of you. I’ve never lived at a place where the people have been so unprofessional. I DO NOT recommend living here as you would expect a more friendlier staff for the amount of money one spends here. One positive: the maintenance staff was ALWAYS great. Stay away from these overpriced apartments!

Buyer Beware!!
I currently live in these apartments and I regret my decision. It is clear that they rushed to build these units with the hope to rent them out. These units are nice to look at—with the marble counters and fireplace etc. BUT the walls are paper thin and you hear conversations from multiple units, my toilets have never worked properly, caulking/paint missing, windows leak water on heavy rain... I could go on with other issues. These are not things you would notice during a casual walkthrough when purchasing. My concerns have fallen on deaf ears, so I’m just passing along this

I really enjoyed my year renting at Parkways. It was clean, new and in a very lovely setting. Maintenance was on top of every request and I never had a problem with my two pets escaping while they were inside of my place while I was gone. The ladies in the rental office are a pleasure to work with. They were always friendly, helpful and outstanding on follow through and rental commitments. The online billing and payments were accurate. If you like the convenience of a first floor unit, you should plan on hearing your neighbors footsteps at times. If you want a bit more privacy and quiet, rent a

Living in 2 bedroom apartment main floor. The sounds are horrible. I can hear the people above going to the bathroom. When they flush the water sounds like it will rain on your head! No insulation for sound. The people above walk hard and fast with their heels. They run up and down the stairs with the 2-3 dogs and slam their doors! Sounds like a herd of elephants every 2 1/2 hours every night. When the dogs bark it seems like they are in my closet. Very over priced based on what you have to endure. Lovely on the surface. Do not rent on lower level or pray that those renting above will be considerate

We currently rent one of these apartment units and have been facing problems with the exhaust fan leaking water from the bathroom ceiling. This issue has been going on for three months, which prevents us from using the bathroom when it rains. The apartments management keeps promising that the issue will be fixed soon, but it still continues to leak. It will be great place to rent if they fix maintenance issues in a timely manner.
