Have lived here for 2 years, was one of the first residents. Have overall been super happy with my experience here. Rent is reasonable for the quality of apartments and facilities/amenities, plus the location is great being close to Ferndale, Royal Oak, Clawson and Madison Heights. Have had no issues with maintenance, they've been super responsive and helpful. The community ranges from young professionals to families with kids. Parking has been the only issue: there is limited "non-covered" parking. If you want to pay $50 a month extra you can have your own covered parking spot. The issue is that

I have had one positive experience after another with the Midtown Pointe location and management. The look see, process to secure an apartment and move-in went smooth. Additionally, the front office has been very responsive to any/all requests - very friendly and helpful. I am enjoying the new community.

I just moved here from Chicago about a month ago and am absolutely loving it. From the beginning, the staff at Midtown were extremely helpful and accommodating. Since I was moving from out of state, they were kind enough to give me a FaceTime tour of our unit. The unit is very nice, spacious, and affordable for the area. I have already recommended this apartment complex to several of my friends. I’m looking forward to living here for many years to come!

Moved to Midtown Pointe from Chicago, and have loved every minute of living here. The space in the units cannot be beat. The whole community feels safe, and everyone is nice and welcoming including the leasing agents and staff. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for new home in Royal Oak area.

My wife and I were set to move into Midtown Pointe in May, however due to COVID-19 and the stay home order for the state of MI our move in date was pushed to the end of June. Without hesitation we were understanding of the change and agreed to the adjustment that was asked of us. Unfortunately, as a result of the virus and the stay home order my… husband was unforeseeably laid off from his current job and therefore made us unable to move into this apartment complex because of the financial setback. I immediately called Midtown giving them 2 months to find someone to vacate the apartment
