The apartments are very dated for the amount of money they charge. They don't offer central heat and air it's a hotel type air conditioner that doesn't work very well and the outside of the building is dismal and doesn't make you feel like you're coming home

Not enough access parking for courtyard apartment units. Plenty room to solve that issue and help the disabled get to their units or visit friends and family. Other than that? It's an ok place to stay.⭐⭐⭐

If I could give 0 stars I would. So I am just trying to get a place to live for the year and they denied me because they cant access a credit score, but here's the thing....they send me a bogus number and said this is what they use....but they surely can take my application fee money though, that's how they scam people and then give them this excuse. I have had many people tell me the same thing now

Lady seemed to be under the impression that I wasnt serious about moving or thought I couldnt afford the place. By the end of the convo she had nickled and dimed everything she could to raise the move in cost. By the end of the convo, she wanted $1,800 to move into a 1 br apartment. Rediculous

This place will work with you even if you have bad credit for what ever reason that might be. Granted you will have to pay a bit more for your security deposit, but at least they will accept you...
They have only 1 person who runs pretty much everything, lovely lady.

I moved here a little over a week ago. The property manager, Evelyn, is so kind! She knows everyone here and never had a bad thing to say about anyone. She is helpful with problems and gets jobs done quickly, and tries to make things right.
The buildings are old, but they're cute, and most importantly, I feel safe here. The complex is in a shaded area with lots of live oaks and lots of birds and squirrels. The only complaint I've heard is regarding all the stray cats. Apparently, when some people left, the abandoned their cats, who have mated and had kittens; But, everyone seems to pitch in and

I can't say enough good things about this place. Antoinette the manager is amazing and attentive to whatever needs to be taken care of. The maintenance guy is very quick to handle any issues. The neighborhood is very quiet and the neighbors are friendly. Everyone assumes it is trashy and run down, but it's actually a very quiet and well-kept place to stay. Miguel Place has made my first solo apartment adventure a very pleasant experience and I am glad I picked this community!
