Don't waste your money in putting an app. Management left a voice message I was declined but would not give me a reason. They did not want my Financials or bank statements etc. So how do they make a determination to decline without this information. I called & emailed several times to find out why I was declined ed & still no response!! Poor management!!

I recently toured the Tapestry Cypress Creek and my experience was great. Although they did not have a unit available for the move in date that I needed, I was sold just off of the customer service. Savannah was a lot of help and she was very informative. I work in customer service so I always get excited when people have amazing customer service skills. I am relocating from out of town and after apartment hunting for the longest I received the best customer service here. To top it off the complex is beautiful. I was sad to hear there was no available units.

Recently moved in and I'm very happy. Office staff was great and I'm really happy with apartment. Manager went out of his way to help me when I was having issues signing my lease and getting everything set up. I've seen some of the other reviews and had reservations but after visiting the property and speaking with the staff, I know I made the correct decision.

Dirty Place. Pool has been closed since the 9th. Third time it has been closed. Second time I have had guest in town for the summer visiting from out of town for a Florida vacation and paying over $1900 a month we have had no pool. Serious flooding and constant standing water problem which attracts bugs. Broken grates on the sidewalks for over a week. They finally put cones as people could have twisted an ankle. The manager is the problem. The owners should be more involved as this is turning into a slum place to live.

I cannot speak for everyone. I can only share with you my personal living experience at Tapestry. Living here has been an absolute nightmare. We hear loud noises every day and every night from the other apartments. It's not our neighbors fault - the walls and ceilings are so thin. The trash compacter/dumpster seems to always overflow with piles of trash. There are fire alarms that go off for no reason. Trust me, it's not the type of thing you want to hear when you're trying to get some work done, or eating dinner. We rented here because of the location, amenities, and Tapestry's rockstar Leasing

Tapestry at Cypress Creek is probably the most overpriced apartment complex in Pasco County. The property Manager Russell does not address any of the issues repeatedly brought to his attention by its residents. The hallways in many of the buildings smell like weed and tobacco despite this being a “smoking free” property. There are noise disturbances frequently that Russell fails to address, and also there is virtually zero noise buffering between apartments. The dog park is literally disgusting, and constantly floods. It is a literal cess pool of urine and feces. The valet trash service is

Recently toured with Elena this past weekend. I am not one to leave reviews frequently, but having been touring around Tampa for some time now for an out of the area move- it was refreshing to visit this property and tour with Elena. She was pleasant, welcoming and very informative. While most places have a prescreening process that makes you uncomfortable and leaves you feeling as if they do not want to assist you nor show you a unit- Elena made a very welcoming environment allowing us to feel as if we would be valued as residents. She has a great demeanor and is extremely personable! We're hoping

So far alright. I definitely wouldn't classify as luxury apartments though. A little disappointed the apartment wasn't thoroughly cleaned before move in (tons of dust collected on blinds, dirty walls). The refrigerator has rust all over the front of it. The sink has paint on the handle. The kid's room has a broken window. The fridge is reallllly tiny for a 3 bedroom apartment. I don't know if it's because they put the same exact fridge in every apartment, but this one is very tiny, certainly not big enough for a 3 bedroom apartment. The staff is very friendly though and Elena is wonderful.
