I can’t say much because I’m still on a waiting list , looked nice from the demo office I wish there was a way to tell how far away I am from getting into an apartment but off to a good start from just putting an application in I’ll update when and if I do get into one. UPDATE: I did receive an opening in January but I didn’t unfortunately have the down payment I’ve looked at one and it is mirrored cute apartment hoping to receive something soon or else I’d have to take my money and find something elsewhere the wait is a killer

OMG!!!!! to be Extremely Honest its a major upgrade from where i was once living in before, The apartment is extremely HUGE!!! minor dings and spaces here and there but a major difference 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms...this is more space than what i really expected..small pool tho but the apartments make up for the small pool lol neighbors are classic (meaning amazing) the New Manager is really about her Residents she's been a Dream come true.
The Grounds keepers are awesome, if their is any problems they come out within 5 to 10 minutes to fix the problem with no fussiness.

Rude and unprofessional staff, with poor tenant care.
Office staff have zero reasoning or compassion, and conflict one another regarding what they can and cannot do for tenants. Violated lease on multiple occasions, tried to wrongfully penalize tenants in good standing, and has a history of wrongful evictions. Walls are thin, bugs are everywhere, piping keeps breaking and causing water damage, mold issues go unaddressed, and building interiors are heavily damaged. Never rent here if you can avoid it.
