Beth's Cafe
Beth's is back! Our new hours are weekdays 7am-3pm, weekends 7am-5pm. We are so excited to get back to slinging 12-egg omelets. It goes without saying that we're very excited to see YOU, our faithful customers! For safety and practical considerations, Beth's decided to close while restaurants were at 25-50% capacity; it simply wasn't sustainable for us.

But now that all restrictions have been lifted, we're ba-a-a-c-c-k-k!. Seattle's best breakfast diner since 1954. New Hours: 7am - 3pm weekdays, 7am - 5pm weekends. Known for our delicious "greasy spoon" cuisine of burgers, sandwiches, scrambles & our famous 6 and 12 egg omelettes. For classic, hearty American diner food, come to Beth's Cafe!
Services
Established in 1954 as a nickel slots gambling parlor by Beth and Harold Eisenstadt, Beth's Cafe is now World Famous for our hearty, delicious breakfasts including the enormous 12 egg omelette. Beth's has been featured on the Travel Channel's "Man vs. Food", "World's Best Places to Pig Out", Food Network's "Top 5 Big Breakfasts", as well as numerous local and national publications.
Featured on MAN VS FOOD ( Man Lost), House made 3 bean chili, salsa, sour cream and cheddar cheese. We make our 3 bean chili with fresh red and green peppers, onions, tomatoes, spices. Your choice of veggie or meat chili. We take our extra thick, honey cured hardwood smoked bacon, add in our breakfast sausage, then pile on the diced ham.

I'm giving the cafe a 3 because of its lovely quaint environment, the friendly staff and our short 5 minute wait to be seated.
I wanted the food to be great.

We were lucky enough to stop by Beth's before they closed temporarily back in September. I just noticed that they have a potential reopening date and I'm so happy!

The food is typical greasy diner food but it's still so dang good. They're known for their large 6 and 12 egg omelettes and I can see why! We "only" got 6 egg omelettes but they're huge! They come with hashbrowns and choice of bread. The hashbrowns are unlimited but neither of us came close to finishing what we already had. We also got an order of biscuits and gravy and it was HUGE. Everything was

Feels like an all American dinner. Food comes in big portions but it was a little pricey. Flavors were ok.

We would always go here after the bar. Great 24/7 diner with all the best drunk munchie foods. I always liked how you could draw while you waited for your food and customers put their art on the wall.

I recommend this place as it's a simple diner with great tasting food. And open 24 hours a day, perfect for after the bar or club.

I have always and will always love Beth's. The experience is worth the price and the wait, and the atmosphere has something so special to it. Highly recommend the makin' bacon 6-egg omelette with unlimited hash browns. Their jam is also delicious! The workers are also so friendly and even remember my order whenever I go in. Love this place and the people who work here!!

Oh, and our friend gave us a piece of his favorite, the "Northwestern Exposure". It's an Omelet w/ Salmon & Cream Cheese. Omg, it's delicious!

The portion sizes are truck stop crazy enormous! They have six and twelve egg omelets that are gut busting delishes. I chose the Country Benedict with country gravy smothering all over. I'm so glad this place survived the Covid 19 restrictions. Make sure you support this Seattle landmark must see experience.

New favorite breakfast spot! The outside is a total disguise, Beth's is a gem. My friend goes there regularly with her son and has said good things about it so we went for brunch and everything was amazing. The service was quick and friendly, the food was hot and cooked perfectly, the drinks were cold, I had zero complaints. I loved that they had a large selection of beverages, I was surprised they had pog juice (pineapple orange guava) which is one of my favorites. I ordered the breakfast burger and unexpectedly it was the best burger I've had in a long time! I loved their shoestring

This place used to be awesome. I love their food. Their staff used to be really friendly. But over the years they went downhill, I started noticing their staff weren't as friendly. And I thought it was wrong of them to charge their customers for a "covid cleaning/sanitation fee" like shouldn't they have already been cleaning/sanatizing the place before covid happened? Why would they charge their customers for something they should already be doing? Also when dining in I've been served water in a dirty glass, a hair in my food, and some dirty silverware. I now only get their

I've been going to Beth's Cafe back when their 12-egg omelet was a challenge. It's not the best place in the world for omelets, but it's pretty decent! Especially for the college kid looking for a no-frills breakfast spot, or the high school kids out late at night looking for a chill spot to split a meal. I would go to Beth's after the club when I was drunk and wanting some late night breakfast food and Denny's seemed too basic lol. It's a Seattle food spot that I will remember for the rest of my life and will always have a nostalgic place in my heart, but

First time here and it's a lot of food! I ordered just the French toast breakfast and it was enough. No one in our group had the stomach for the 12 egg omelette but we did order the 6 egg omelettes and the eggs were fluffy. Parking is on the street near a traffic light so it can be difficult to park especially during busy hours. Inside environment is loud since everyone is talking with their parties and they have music playing as well. Staff was super friendly and patient

This place is amazing! Staff is super friendly-- very attentive to customers. The food was great, and I had leftovers! The 6 egg omelette is perfect for two people, or you can take half home. Parking is tight, but I promise the food will be worth it. Definitely my favorite part of vacation was this friendly diner and extremely tasty omelette. Also who can say no to unlimited hashbrowns?

Have been here in last summer. It seems to be nothing special, but very tasty, home-style.
A huge omelet of 12 eggs with mushrooms, cheese, ham - bomb ($ 20)
Caesar salad - mushrooms, lettuce, tomatoes, croutons, sauce -
Tomato soup, basil, probably something else - yummy
Great place, great tasty food, highly recommended!

Every time I go in I get the best service and the best food. I've been to Beth's at 2 am and at 2 pm and it's always such a friendly and inviting place. If I need anything the servers are there and happy to help even if it's busy. I'm so sad this place is closing until the new year, but I can't wait to be one of their first customers when they reopen.

Great food, awesome customer service and they are taking all precautions to prevent the spread of covid!

We had the Corned Beef Hash & Eggs and Country Benedict with hot and cold brew coffee. The corned beef was cooked to perfection. Nicely crisp over a bed of hash browns. The raspberry jam served paired deliciously with the corned beef. Treat yourself and make a little Sammy.

The Country Benedict took biscuits and gravy to another level! That was one of the best biscuits I EVER had! Fluffy, not dry and flavorful. I topped off my bite with the raspberry jam...best decision ever!!

I ordered biscuits and gravy, something I'm a huge fan of and feel I have a pretty low bar / standard for. I just love biscuits. I feel you can't really go wrong, like I'll get this at continental hotel breakfasts and be super pleased. However I felt at 10+ dollars it should've been much better and it wasn't worth that in taste or value at all.
Also this entire cafe is very .. ok idk if it's actually dirty but it FELT so dirty/damp, like they never turn on the heat enough. I don't understand the hype.

In one word, what food item makes Seattle famous? You guessed it... salmon. Salmon is caught locally, unloaded fresh at local docks, and is delicious prepared any way you can think of. Don't get me wrong, as I absolutely adore salmon, but to me, when I think of Seattle cuisine, Beth's Cafe comes immediately to my mind, as it's home to the 12-egg omelet, and the most famous, greasy spoon diner cuisine the Pacific Northwest has to offer.

Actually, this visit happened a couple of years ago, and I'm only now getting up the time to post my visit on Yelp. Sorry for the delay

Famous for it's giant omelette, Beth's is a hole in the wall 24 hour sanctuary for all things diner. Bring a friend and an appetite and you will not leave unsatisfied.

Immediately walking inside, you will notice the walls filled with drawings from all the guests who walk in. A quirky touch that will leave your experience at Beth's different every time you come. If you're coming in for the giant omelette, the open kitchen allows you to watch just how the behemoth is made. The friendly staff let us sit at a table with a great view of the kitchen.

The omelettes come in two sizes

If I owned this place, I would do a complete gut and redo. The amount of filth in this restaurant is shocking and I cannot believe it has not been shut down.

The vents in the ceiling look like they must be breaking some kind of code. The black staining the ceiling is alarming and there is black gunk and mold literally falling off the vent.

The bathroom looks like something out of a horror movie.

I really feel like I if they think the drawings covering the walls are what this brand needs to hold on to in order to keep this place going, it's definitely time to close shop. The drawings prevent

I came here at 6:30am with five hungry college guys after pulling an all-nighter. I had never heard of Beth's, but the guys suggested it since it's open 24/7.

Beth's cafe is a hella DIVE. The outside is indiscreet and easily overlooked if you don't know where you're going. Thankfully, my friends had been before and knew exactly where to go.

When you first walk in, you see drawings from customers plastered all over the wall. Red booths line the walls on both sides of the restaurant adding to the diner vibe.

A guy with a long gray beard immediately seated us at our table

I don't even like omelettes except at Beth's. Add the unlimited hash browns & you have a great deal. Leave room for dessert. Chocolate decadence cake! It gets a bit loud at night but that's why we love it. Coffee tastes like dish water but that's part of the charm.

I came here for the Southwestern Exposure. I wanted to eat the entire plate because the MAN VS FOOD episode featured the host's loss.
I defeated the MASSIVE omelette tray and an extra side of hashbrowns.
The pros : the food was delicious, the jam was delicious, the portions are great.
The cons : the service was 1/4 hospitable 3/4 sassy, it smelled of bleach, flies /gnats were relentless.
Didn't even get an acknowledgment for finishing all that food! (maybe I'm more salty than I would've been --can't know for sure).

On my first ever visit to Seattle for Emerald City Comic Con 2019 and to hang out with on of my best friends from college, he raved that we MUST grab an omelette from this small diner, and boy, he was right!

Him and I came on a Saturday morning around 10:00am and saw there was a small line outside the door of people waiting to get a table. Now, I will say that the parking is very minimal and tight here. We ended up parking in the tight parking lot at the rear of the restaurant, so we were lucky. He put our names on the list and there was about a 20-30 minute wait, which we were fine with.
