They have great doormen like Sean and John, and the other doormen are simply unprofessional, and they don't show you any respects either. The basic requirement for doormen is to be a human, and I am not sure why they still have the job while being so uneducated to be a decent human being. (Sean and John are the best!!). Domingo (Dominco), you are a piece of s***.

Apartments are overpriced for the size and level of craftmanship. Location is not super desirable as there is on-going construction. There are newer, less expensive and more luxurious buildings to splurge on!
Also the Instagram page for this building is the most bizarre thing ever...the "building ambassadors" have been super unfriendly and unpleasant. Please hire a social media expert if you want to promote the building, its incredible people and the surrounding neighborhood.

I have a dog (Dallas, the great dane another reviewer complained about) and there is a group of people, mostly non-residents, who are at the dog park around 7pm every day with about 10-20 small dogs. A handful of them are incredibly aggressive, and the owners do nothing. I am constantly watching my dog to ensure he is playing well with them as he LOVES all dogs and people. This happens daily, and has been reported to management. They have asked me to identify these people which isn't very productive. Concierge has been very nice and when I've called as it happened they have gone to the dog park

Poor management team. It's been rough experience with unfriendly and unprofessional front desk staff occasionally. Usual repair and maintenance took for ever. Maintenance team seems to take off after 3pm on weekdays. If you can live without electricity after 3pm, this is your dream building. Good luck!

We have been living here over a year and we have loved every day. We've enjoyed out interactions with Management and the front desk team. The elevators are probably the quickest you've been on which is nice when living on a high floor. All the appliances are new and have worked great for us. Our apartment is southwest facing, so the sun is always shining on us which made it a little difficult to control the temperature at times. Other than that extremely minor inconvenience, we loved it. We will miss this apartment when we move out!

Avoid this building!!!
The management team is so terrible: they refused to communicate with us on the parking decal that NEVER gave to us!!!
Also, they threatened us that if we don’t pay for the replacement (which is their MISTAKE and they refused to admit), they’ll boot or tow our car!!!
We tried to communicate with them via email, they never replied. How could you feel safe living in this apartment if your apartment management team threatened you to boot your car???
And how could you feel safe when someone suddenly notified you one day that you have to pay for their mistake, or if you
