Services
To place an order, you would need to sign our estimate or invoice to need to agree to the terms and conditions. If you are paying with a credit card, the full payment has to be done the day before the delivery. If the order is last minute (2 days prior to the event/delivery), you will need to pay the total amount.

This past weekend was my first time working with I & O party rentals and it won't be the last. We had an issue with another vendor and called I & O last minute a few hours before the event and they were able to make it happen for us. They showed up before the time and was such a help, please give this company a chance they are the best. Their prices are also great, and one of the best around.

Hello world, I usually do not write reviews, however I&O deserve 5 stars. I was having a brunch baby shower for my daughter and I wanted to rent the round tables and umbrella combo. Everything was beautiful. I&O were very helpful and professional, they accommodated me at the last minute by bringing more tables cloths for my personal tables. When I receive superb service I keep them for life! just like my plumber, my electrician, and my handyman 20 years plus, I'll just add I&O to my list.

Me and my husband just celebrated our 30th Wedding Anniversary and we ordered a Tent, table, chairs, and a bar. They are Amazing. Melissa made sure that we had everything thing that we needed, she was very helpful. We had the tent up against the back of our home and it transformed the entire house. It was beautiful. Great for large parties. Definitely plan to use them again.

Extremely disappointed with the service that I received from this company.
I hired them for my baby shower to lie down black carpet/tarp in my backyard this past weekend 7/14. Sounds simple right? I gave them the exact measurements of the space that needed to be covered, then they show up the day of with not enough to cover my space and then tried to blame ME for the mishap and instead of trying to accommodate me, he only offers me a refund and had a very nasty attitude about it on top of blaming me for not ordering enough (even though I gave him the exact measurements of my yard smh). My experience with I&O was fair. I was happy that they had the rentals I needed for my son's prom party considering that I called them for a quote 5 days before my event. When I was able to speak to Melissa she was calm and patient with me (I understand that the industry is hectic, there are endless questions from customers and customers can already be stressed before calling). But, I cant stand when I call a business during their normal business hours and no one answers the phone. After trying a few times to make a change to my order and to confirm the event address, a man finally answered

This guys were fantastic. quick to respond by email and had the most competitive prices that I could find. Rented a ton of chairs and tables for a wedding. They arrived on time, with positive attitudes, and the willingness to help put the items where they needed to be. The venue we were working with required same day pick-up for rentals and I & O had no issue showing up on time again to pick up all of their rentals at the end of the night. highly highly recommend

I found this party palace last year because it was close to work. The prices are great which makes it accessible for all budgets.
But what I come back for is the customer service. Melissa ROCKS! I am always full of questions and changes, and she never fails in being very helpful and polite.
The crew that does the delivery/pick up are very professional and also nice.
I would recommend I and O in a heartbeat!

I was 'comparison shopping' for a rental company when Yelp popped up I & O rentals. It wasn't far so I looked up the website. I like that they list their prices because not all do. This helped tremendously and I immediately called them and was told to come in to see their rental products. From that first phone call with Melisa to every interaction with her and the rest of the crew, I was very pleased. They just picked up my rentals and told them how great they are! They are really nice and they delivered beyond expectation. Their prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend

My update for I & O:
They were the usual on time for delivery and pickup and I cant really say anything bad overall. They are always nice the guys who come to setup and tear down. My only issue this time was theback and forth I had to secure a discounted delivery fee because I literally live around the corner and the charge was going to be $30 (a $5 increase from a few months prior) for a dance floor and 20 chairs. I was merely asking them to at least reduce it to match a competitotr willing to drive farther and who hadnt had my business before. It took a week to nail down this discount -
