Though we want you to make your apartment your home, please ask us if you plan to do anything more than use small wire nails to hang things. You may be required to restore the apartment back to its original state.

The Manager, Chris, does a fantastic job and responds readily to any request or question. She is “top-notch”.
Phillip, the maintenance manager, has taken care of problems that I’ve encountered with unbelievable promptness & competence. He is very good at his job & so pleasant.
The Canal 2 apartment complex is extremely well-maintained & I am thoroughly pleased & impressed with the management’s attention to all aspects of apartment living!

Went in for a tour last week- found out they do not allow dogs that are not spayed or neutered.. I explained that my dog is over ten years old and cant have puppies and that she is too old to be spayed at this point without serious risks.. They do not care about the safety of your pet and would require you to put your dog/cat through an unnecessary procedure and risk their life... unbelievable.
