My favorite lasagna! The best! I live around the corner and have eaten inside a few times, I usually pick up food to-go. Everything is packaged we and occasionally I can even get it brought to the car, I usually ask first because this determines if I need to change out of sweats and slippers first 💁🏼♀️ My only real complaint is the extra charge for the rustic bread on to-go orders. It's $4 for 4 pieces. Just seems nit picky when I'm already paying close to $50 for the 1 order of lasagna and a salad.

Excellent Edmond OK restaurant—great place recommended by a friend that’s a Chef. 😁 Impressed by the numerous Gluten Free Italian dinner options available, including desserts. It was so nice to actually have choices from the menu…kudos to the Chef!
We had a fantastic waitress—Auburn—she was personable, knowledgeable & helpful. She even noted one of my initial menu choices was not GF (that was my oversight), but I am totally appreciative that Auburn saved me from having a reaction later. Due to the numerous choices made available by the Chef, we are definitely planning to return. Every

This place is very nice! But the food was too bland. We ordered the roasted squash pizza and 100 layer lasagna and both were almost tasteless. It is nice that they have vegan options but they use a low quality vegan cheese. The lasagna hardly had any meat in it and was basically pasta and cheese. The garlic knots were really good!

Sparrow is an amazing local Italian restaurant that has a lively and fun atmosphere, but is also a great date night out, be it the weekend or week night. Once a month they have wine dinners that require reservations, but you eat (and drink) at your own pace. These have fantastic wine selections paired with a 3 or 4 course menu.
Their cocktails are also wonderful. I love their old-fashions! Their gluten-free pizzas are yummy, and they have a 100-layered lasagna that is to die for!

Came here for the first time with my daughter!
First and foremost, service was excellent... from the moment we walked in to taking care of the check!
We started it off with the meatball appetizer, which is plenty for a party of four. Very flavorful!
My daughter ordered the Bucatini with Shrimp. She loved the taste, but they were a little heavy on the red pepper flakes so after several bites, her mouth became a bit warm.
I enjoyed the Italian Chopped Salad, which was a nice salad of meat, peppers, chickpeas, cheese and greens. Too full to try dessert, but may do so next time.

My husband and I are here last night for a date night. It was our first visit. It was easy to reserve right from their website with OpenTable. We arrived a little early because I hate to ever be late but we were sat immediately! The ladies in the front of the house were sweet and smiling through their masks. The menu was priced and well and with lots of variety. Our waitress, Micah, was very knowledgeable and helped us decide what to try based on her recommendations. She was extremely helpful and attentive throughout the evening. So were the other staff members; refilling or waters and taking empty

The food was excellent (okay very good). I definitely enjoyed it. However, there were glitches.
First, I tried to make reservations for 7:30 pm both online and by calling. No can do. I made a reservation for 8:30 just in case but we came in about 7:15. I told them we had reservations for 8:30 but would take bar seating. They were able to seat us right C away and there were two empty tables the whole time we were there
Secondly, our waiter, who was extremely nice, really didn't know his product. For example, I ordered the "Limon Contento" which is limoncello, chambord and ginger

I give Sparrow all five stars! I was here a couple days ago for a birthday dinner. The place was beautifully decorated and had spacious seating for all. We were there on a Monday night and I was pleasantly surprised to see how busy they were.
The food was immaculate. We had a bunch of apps (antipasti/charcuterie, fritto misto, and Italian burrata/roasted tomatoes) followed by pasta (bucatini alla vodka, lasagna, and mushroom agnolotti). We even shared some dessert with the birthday girl near the end of our meal. My favorites were by far the fritto misti and bucatini. The spicy sauce of the bucatini

Overall, we enjoyed our first experience at Sparrow! The garlic knots and the tri-tip steak were both incredible. The wine list was also both unique and extensive. Our waiter was attentive and did a great job. We ordered the spinach and goat cheese ravioli which was pretty good but much more "soupy" than I would've expected from a pasta. The sides that came with our steak were also just decent.. not much flavor on the potatoes. I would've appreciated some more side options. When I go back, I will definitely be trying the lasagna instead. It looked fantastic.

Guys, I loved it. New takes on old favorites abound at Sparrow Italian. Is the food homey? No, it's modern and unique and explosive with flavor. Instead of warm familiarity you get bold expressiveness. It's perfect if you're starting to get bored with the usual Italian place. There staff are all super friendly (though I'm not sure if I have a good frame of reference; since I moved here I've discovered Okies are the friendliest people I've ever met), and the night I went, Jacee the bartender was crushing it with a drink she invented. To sum up: Food? Great. Ambience? FRESH. Drinks? Top of the line

In town for a few days, and selected Sparrow as a destination, mainly for the chicken parm pizza. When I got in, I was impressed by the atmosphere, even in spite of Covid requirements. The staff was extremely congenial and attentive (but not too attentive) -- it was a great place to eat alone (some places are uncomfortable to eat at as a single traveling diner), but it would be an excellent spot for date night.
Enjoyed the wine list, and I found a nice bottle of Soave. Some of the food coming out of the kitchen looked excellent, but I'd already committed to the chicken parm pizza in my mind

I couldn't decide between the mushroom aglonotti and the bucatini with shrimp, so I asked the waitress and she recommended the aglonotti, I'm glad I took her recommendation, because it was delicious! The pasta is made fresh and I like how the arugula wilts in the broth. I didn't like the pancetta, but I'm not a pancetta fan anyways. The portion was perfect for me (I don't have a big appetite), but would probably be too small for most people. I would consider ordering other dishes as well for most others.

We absolutely love their food. It's creative and not typical Italian. Their 100 layer lasagna (it's not what it sounds like) is a refreshing take on traditional lasagna. It's so amazingly flavorful - we get it every single time. They also have great craft cocktails. The service is always impeccable!

Server was great! We tried several items on the menu. All was good. The lasagna was exceptional. The meringue dessert was delicious.
I prefer the mozzarella cheese sticks at Upper Crust but these were good too.
Overall, it was an enjoyable experience with my husband. We had fun trying a restaurant to which we had never been.

We've been here twice and it's been great both times. We sat in a booth by the bar and it was a perfect spot. Both times I've gotten the Caesar salad and it's awesome...parmesan crisps and crouton crumbs instead of big croutons, a great topper.
I though the lasagna was a bit pricey ($26?) and that's all that's on plate - but it really is good. The mushroom agnolotti also very good!

A new Italian restaurant in Edmond?!! Yes please!! We knew we wanted to try this place but didn't feel like waiting hours to do so on the weekend. So, we called the hostess in advance on a Monday to scope out the wait and, as it turned out, there wasn't one. Yay for us!
The hostess was friendly on the phone and in person. She sat us far away from the other guests, by the window. It was nice and quiet over there until a party showed up. The waitress asked us if we're ready to order but we needed more time, as this was our first visit. We were a bit surprised that they had spaghetti
