The worst complex ever. Bryan the Manager is terrible!. Please do not rent here you will never get anything fixed People also steal packages. Management will laugh at you when you are trying to figure it out. he sits in his office all day doing nothing but claims to be super busy. The apartments are falling apart i used to live on the 1st floor and the ceiling collapsed! i was so glad none of my children were in the bathroom when that happened!!! they also took months to fix it! again please do not rent here you will NEVER get your monies worth !

Apartments seem decent at first glance, but then you move in and see how old and broken everything is. When I first moved in my sink handle broke and the repair guy said he got in trouble for buying a new one when the owner said he should’ve ‘fixed’ it instead. He was no longer working there within a few months after that. An example of one of these brilliant cheap fixes was stapling the patio screen and you can guess the next time it was a little windy it got ripped out again. The entire place is a revolving door. New inconsiderate neighbors of different flavors all the time and new staff

For the price they're charging along with the mandatory wifi added on top of already high rent, you could find a place in the area which is actually well-maintained with attentive management. If you want to live in poorly-maintained apartments with sketchy neighbors, you can do it for a much lower price elsewhere in Daytona Beach.
Note: The wifi is a scam, absolutely insufficient for even regular browsing let alone working, streaming, gaming etc. Also unsecured network and vulnerable to attacks and information theft.

I love living here at Osprey landings. Since Charles the manager has been nothing but extremely helpful. He is always nice and professional. I’m extremely happy to be a resident at osprey landing.
