You need a professional you can depend on even after the job is done. That's why we back all of our inspections with a 90 Day Limited Structural and Mechanical Warranty. For up to 90 days following the date of the inspection, if you move in to your new home and mold is present that was not found when inspected, you're covered for remediation.
The agent can recommend an InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspector to inspect the home before the buyer's inspector arrives. The seller can assist the inspector during the inspection, something that is not normally done during the buyer's inspection.
The Seller and agent are alerted to any immediate safety issues discovered before other agents and potential buyers tour the home, and any issues or repairs can be resolved ahead of time, without rushing, which will help the home show better.The seller is given an opportunity to dispute or clarify any misstatements in the report before it is generated for distribution.

Absolutely 100% FIVE stars from us. We are buying a house out in P.A. Our timelines were a bit short and everything was rushed. With the COVID crisis, they are clearly swamped with people changing homes, but A.D. worked with our schedule and was able to fit us in. The report that was sent over to us regarding our home inspection was outstanding. Easy to understand, everything was clearly labeled with pictures and arrows showing any areas of the slightest concern. He even used a drone to see over our house! I think many of us put i am good at "Attention to detail" in our resumes....oh no my friends

Highly recommend! Ammon was so quick to respond to my inquire and scheduled within the week. He was so friendly and very knowledgeable! We were able to meet him at the property while he was doing the inspection and he was very thorough and explained things very well. We did the inspection in the morning and he had the full report sent to us by the end of the same day. We are very happy we used them and feel confident with the inspection.

A.D. Home Inspections LLC gets 5 stars from us. We made an offer on a home in the Poconos while on vacation there and had a small window to get it inspected while we were still in town.
