I had my inspection with Jeff & it was an extremely reassuring and thorough experience. He took his time, answered all of my numerous questions and was very familiar with the area as well. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a home inspection in the area. I’d use him again in a heartbeat. Both Jeff and Florine were extremely accommodating and an absolute pleasure to work with.

Thorough inspection. They take the time to explain in layman's terms what's working well and what needs to be addressed. Very responsive when you call, text or email. And as a woman, I greatly appreciate that they do not talk down to you or give you that "honey, this-n-that" stuff. Would definitely recommend!

I liked Jeff because he was on time, professional and very knowledgeable. We were nervous about the inspection at first, but he made us feel at ease. He explained to my husband everything we needed to know about the house. Florine his wife was also great! She was professional, patience, personal and understanding. She always replied back to our calls right away. I would definitely use them again.

I have used AmeriSpec twice now and both times they have been super efficient and extremely helpful. They are very thorough in their inspections and are sure to explain everything in terms we could understand. We've had both Craig and Bob as our inspectors and both of them were extremely knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. Scheduling an appointment was easy and timely, and the pricing is definitely worth the work they put in. I will definitely use them again if I need another property inspected, and would recommend them to anyone else who needs the same!

5 STARS for AmeriSpec... Jeff was the coolest guy and any issues or concerns i had with the new property he explained in detail. I'm a first time home buyer so i had a lot of question but he was patient and very funny. You can tell he knows his stuff. The price for their service was great too. I'm super happy with their service and would recommend them to anyone in the North Hampton area.
