I had Agnes laser and Scarlet laser at Old Town in March of 2020. I had a very small face with very little fat and dr Nael convinced me that I needed all this fat removed from my jawline both above and below my jaw. He charged extra for the amount below the jaw. This procedure melts the fat from the face. I was left with the right side of my face gone. I went in for the follow up and he said. It's supposed to tighten the skin. But it didn't, I was left with an uneven face and thin dripping skin on the right side of my face. He did nothing to make this right for me. I will never go back

I was really surprised at how genuinely kind the doctor and staff are @ Old Town Med Spa. Honestly, Dr. Gharbi, Rebecca & Yazmin are super awesome ~ they are really down-to-earth and take the time to make sure you're not only comfortable but that you're doing great. Didn't feel rushed, judged, etc. I highly recommend their services.

Please do NOT go here for Brazilian laser. Suffering with burns in the most delicate area from a treatment gone very wrong. Would like to share photos (that would horrify you) but not comfortable posting. Waiting for a doctor to call me back - I called almost 4 hours ago. The person on the phone kindly said she would refund my fee but sitting here in pain (can't even put on underwear).

Great first experience here! I came here for a lip flip and a gummy smile fix and Dr Nael was amazing! He was so informative and honest and told me what would work and what wouldn't work on my features and I really appreciated that about him because most places would just want to sell you on everything. He was so quick with my two botox treatments and the price was very very reasonable! This is for sure my new medspa. Loved it.

To begin with, I've been interested in a VI Peel for quite some time and I had been calling various different offices in the Chicago area. I finally called Old Town MedSpa and they were able to book me the same day!
Upon arrival, the office was very clean and the check-in process was super easy (paperless - which I prefer). I had the pleasure of having Rebecca, who is the esthetician, administer the peel. She was very informative and has experience working with darker skin tones so I was put at ease.

Wonderful service. This was my first time getting laser hair removal done and the process could not have gone more smoothly. The procedure was explained thoroughly and the intake questionnaire was very comprehensive. The facilities are also very nice and the staff is friendly. Looking forward to returning for my follow-up appointments, but also for other procedures.

I went to Old Town MedSpa to get the VanquishMe procedure done as I researched that it could cover more area than CoolSculpting. While the procedure is a bit expensive it has been completely worth it. I have never been able to get rid of the pouch of fat in the lower part of my stomach and VanquishMe actually reduced it a lot and I felt like this was an amazing non-surgical fat reduction procedure, couldn't have asked for better results.

This is a wonderful, professional place. I got my laser hair removal done here, and they did an excellent job. I'm hair free, finally!
The spa is calm and clean, and the staff is always ready to assist. I've never had to wait more than 10 min for my appointment. I'll definitely be back to get more laser removal, and maybe a skin treatment.

I got some fillers done and was happy with the results but I did NOT go for what procedure they did. I really wanted to get the lines around my mouth filled but was instead talked into getting my cheeks done so that they’d pull the skin back from around my mouth, thus getting those lines to soften. I got my cheeks filled and it did not at all do what I had originally come in for so I felt like the doctor had a different plan for my face which I didn’t particularly appreciate. The prices were great though, the place was very comfortable and clean, and the staff was kind.

I went to see Dr.Gharbi for a consultation for my neck. He recommended threading and botox. I am so happy with the results! He was very gentle and a great bedside manner. He really knows what he is doing. I would highly recommend this med spa.

I was looking for a Botox touch up and was seeing if maybe there was a Groupon deal anywhere and noticed this was one of the few places that did, and actually got good reviews, so I decided to go for it. Vanquish Fat Reduction.
I have long considered Vanquish for my stubborn fat around my midsection. It IS an investment at roughly $500 per session (requiring at least 4 sessions), but It WORKS!!! I have personally experienced roughly 8 pounds lost (along with my normal 3x per week workouts). More astoundingly, I am down about 3 inches so far (and supposedly the body continues to flush out the fat even after treatment for weeks, or even months).
It uses radiofrequency to KILL the fat cells across a large swath of the midsection. Coolsculpting is the only other treatment that permanently KILLS

I came with a Groupon for laser hair removal and there are some pluses, but, in short, don't waste even your discounted money.
The positives:

The parking is easy
The front desk women and the technicians are super nice

I can't even explain how happy I am to have found Old Town MedSpa I have been battling acne and oily skin since I can remember. Jennie has been amazing she got me on a schedule for regular peels and facials.
