This is an amazing community very clean and classy. We are going for our second year now. Everytime we have guest they are very impressed with the layout and amenities. The staff here are very friendly and attentive. There are always seasonal activities for family, kids and adults. The pool is amazing with BBQ, and plenty more. Definitely recommend a must see!

I have loved living here, it is a beautiful community In a very nice part of town. The apartments are renovated and modern and have awesome features. The former staff was not the best nor very responsive, but with the new property manager and leasing consultant that took over in the summer of last year, they have always been on top of things, always answer my calls/emails and maintenance requests in a timely manner. I highly recommend living here!!

Lived here 13 years, the new management --->FPI, is an ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE!
Should be able to give 0 stars.
So many neighbors don't get their deposits back, NOT because of damage but "because they didn't have proof of a deposit when they moved in"
As if it's the renters fault that FPI lost their own records.
Just 1 small example of all the ways they screw you...
Typically new renters aren't told how much our monthly garbage/water/sewer bill is, ($300+or-25$)
It is based off of what you're entire building has used. NOT just your own use. You pay for every apt, and entirely for the people that

I've lived here for years and I feel like doing my part in saying these apartments are a wonderful place to live. The pool is quite enjoyable and it even has two grills to use! The premises are well maintained and any labor done on the property is done at a reasonable hour. The age of the place does present complications that any home would face by this point but maintenance is knowledgeable enough to zap any issues almost immediately. And above all, the management cares about each individual. They've gone above and beyond their duties to ensure all needs are met by any resident who requests their

My fiancé and I have recently moved into the Marq Apartments and at first we were worried because of the past negative reviews about the previous management. However, we were instantly relieved once we interacted with Rebecca and Rose who were delightful in greeting us and setting us up in our new home. They were very straightforward and organized with all of their paperwork, and they were very welcoming and kind when showing us around the complex. Our apartment is as pictured, the appliances are new, we have air conditioning, a washer and dryer inside our unit, and a gas fireplace! How amazing

This is my first time renting in an apartment community, I have always rented houses. So, this was unfortunately a learning lesson by making many mistakes.
1. We should have read reviews and
2. We should have done our research in what questions to ask and what our rights are.
My biggest complaint is that they charge for water, sewer and garbage, averaging about $120 a month. This is in your lease and shame on me for not asking for clarification. But there was NO clarification on how much, how often or how the cost is broken down and each house hold is charged and I have never encountered a retal

We moved here from out of state and wanted to rent for a year before buying a house so we could get to know the area. I moved in January and the pool/gym/etc were being remodeled and they told me it would be done in February. It wasn’t done until after Memorial Day. There’s not enough parking and that isn’t evident upon moving in. Everyone has parked in a fire lane the entire time we’ve lived here for that reason. Today, with no notice, they towed all the cars without notifying anyone that they would suddenly start enforcing this when it very clearly wasn’t before. And this happened while

Working with both Hannah and Jeremiah was an great experience! They were pleasant and kind from the start! They were available as soon as I called to show me a unit and were more than happy for me to come back the next day with roommates to see a unit again. The units were all remodeled and clean as well the grounds nicely kept!

I've lived here for going on 3 years now. They bullied the current tenants into signing a lease that offered few people few options for rent. My rent was only raised $100 to $1400, but if we did not sign with them right away they would make that rate much higher, charging $1700 if we wanted month to month. Since then they have cut our patios claiming that "market research" stated it was ideal. They also took away our back gate. So now we have two patios? They also just put wooden panels over dry rot. Their effort to make these apartments worth $2,100 is haphazard and sloppy. I'm sure they're doing
