Buying a home in this San Diego market is not an easy task. As first time home buyers, Dana P and Jessica M were with us every step of the way. We just completed our house sale thanks to Anthony Montroy and Dave Rudd of Kindred. Based upon their preparation suggestions, staging and strategic marketing, our home sold within 1 1/2 days. Dana Pistilli and the Kindred team was an amazing Realtor to work with in buying my new home. Really can't recommend Dana enough. Extremely professional, very consistent with follow up and has great knowledge of the San Diego County market. It took a good amount of legwork for Dana to land the house I ended up buying, but he had no problem with the additional work needed to close the deal. Even after closing escrow, he has been extremely responsive in helping with a variety of post-closing questions that I had which was extremely helpful as a first time home buyer.

Efficient? Kind of, they are quick to sell properties, but don't care to do their research properly, and they don't care about their costumers as people, just a home owners selling. They sold my house, and by my experience, I WOULD NEVER use their services again, not as a seller, nor as a buyer. I'd say, find a realtor who actually cares more about you as a costumer than their own commission for the sale. There are THOUSANDS of realtors, and among them HUNDREDS who actually care.

As a buyer, kindred helped us get our dream home as first time home owners ! With that said, plenty of unknown situation but they definitely helped guide us through the process with ease and the least amount of stress. All questions answered and every response in a very timely manner.

You need to work with this David Rudd's team - Kindred-Hervieux Realty. We presented them with the project of helping us manage 2 home sales across counties and a home purchase.
