Two hours prior to your scheduled appointment, you will receive a text asking you to confirm your appointment. Proof of income and proof of identity must be attached to this application in order for it to be processed. In order for your application to be processed, it must meet all of the following requirements.
Many of our properties are pet-friendly! However, not all properties will allow your furry friends. First, you will need to verify that dogs and/or cats are allowed at the property you are interested in. On our website, each Available Listing will note its individual pet policy. You can also filter a search by Dogs Allowed or Cats Allowed.

These reviews about the applications are TRUE! I have rented from them and have family members who rent from them. It’s is EXTREMELY difficult to get a place and they always say it’s available when they know that they have a qualified applicant. They are money hungry for application fees are their properties are disgusting. I lived in one and it was the worst 2 years of my life, caught mold disease and got extremely sick while living their.

Attempted to view two of their rental properties and both were unlisted before we could view them. The 2 we did see were in very bad neighborhoods and not suitable for living.

Filled out an application at night, paid the $50 application fee and scheduled a showing just to get a next day text informing me my showing was cancelled because the unit was already rented! Waste of time and more importantly my money! Plus $50 separate application fee for a spouse??

I saw a number of negative reviews and I don’t really know why. We’ve been in our home for 2.5 years and have had nothing but good to say. Our ac went out once and they were there within 24 hours. Our roof had a leak and caused some water damage, they fixed it. We were never charged for any of the repairs like some reviews say. They were very good to us when I lost my job due to covid and are always reasonable and polite when we have to call. Sometimes it takes a day or two to get emails back, but I think they just stay busy. The only drawback is that our neighborhood has gravel roads and they

Horrible property management company. Only care about money. Spent $150 in app fees. Wanted to rent a property 6 miles north of me, but Bc it was out of my county I had to re apply. Their email said I could use my current app for 30 days. No where did it say in the same county only. They don’t reply to emails in a timely manner and don’t give updates. Imagine what it’s like when you actually rent from them and need maintenance. Oh wait, the reviews speak for themselves.

I have never get rent properly this group. I am wondering office are not answer when I called several times. I'm try get rental this properly therefore I have a approve paper from FWVOP but have to pay application fee 50 it is no make sense period. I just saying this. Have great a day. I need a place asap. I have few income would you let me get max 600.

I've rented from this company for 6 years. From the ladies in the office, to the gentlemen in maintenance, they have been very polite and professional. Slum lord all they care about is money. Anytime you call to get maintenance and it is broken due to no fault of your own they still will charge you for it without showing any proof. I can never get in contact with anybody unless thru email or text which is very unprofessional. The worst part is they will lie to you. I was Harassed to sign my lease to become month you month and as soon as I signed it they sent me a email saying I have to move out my words of advice if you rent from them document EVERYTHING TAKE PICS OF EVERYTHING RECORD PHONES AND KEEP EMAIL OR YOU WILL GET CHEATED OUT YOUR MONEY

DON’T EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME. We rented from the Rogers group and when they sent us a check for our deposit, it was denied by both of our banks. When I called to ask for another payment, with proof from our banks this one was denied, they said no. When I asked to speak to the manager about my situation the person on the phone got rude saying they were unavailable. When I told them I would wait they hung up on me. I then called back and the same person answered proceeding to be rude and hanging up again.

We've been renting with the Rogers group for almost 2 years and have had a good experience so far. Maintenance has always come within 24 hours of requesting and they always respond back quickly when answering any questions. We even transferred to a new property and it was a smooth process.
