As a licensed Realtor, I encounter many new people relocating to the Huntsville area. Many of these individuals want to live in the area for at least 6 months to decide where they want to purchase their homes. Everyone I have encountered loves living at The Villas at Natures Walk. We resided at this complex for 22 months. We finally decided to move...and can't believe why we waited so long. The location was convenient to the base...THAT IS IT. NOT close to anything in Huntsville, or Madison, and the Arsenal traffic on Zierdt and Wall Triana makes this a commuter NIGHTMARE.
Here are the big NEGATIVEs that the managers will… down play or deny:
1) The property manager cares about NO ONE except the occupancy rating of the complex. She lives in the complex and drives around watching like a hawk. She will attempt to hold you to charges outside the lease when you attempt

Vallery stayed in contact, and was available to us throughout the months-long process of getting everything ready for the move.
