I have lived here going on 11 years. The leasing staff and management are very nice. When putting in a work order the maintenance staff takes care of your need mostly in the same day. I am staying at Jefferson Creek Apartments from last 2 years. It's a nice experience and pleasant stay. The management is good on addressing the issues promptly. Rooms are big and open spaces with plenty of sunlight. Staying near a water body in these hot days, having It's own privileges. I would like to continue till I move to my own home. The price hike is very less. I don't have pets so no idea on those. During last winter, we neither faced water scarcity nor power outrage. The bad days already tested and this apartmnent stands out very good. Shade car parking is free as compared to other places

I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. The office staff will do anything to avoid helping you. They won’t even try to assist you with anything. The office manager, Maria Ahumada, is particularly unhelpful and consistently refuses to answer/return phone calls and emails. I am counting the days until I move out, mainly because of the office staff.

I called recently to get information about a 2 bedroom apartment and unfortunately no apartment was available. I will definitely keep checking online and calling because the customer service I received was spectacular. The area and knowing how much these people care about helping people search for their new homes definitely makes me want to move to this property.

The thing is that you are living in a convenient area where everything is right at your finger. You are right across the street from a gas station. You you can walk to a Starbucks and in the eating places. You are 1/4 mile from a Whole Foods, .5 miles from a Kroger and Target. 2.5 miles from a Walmart. You can get on 114 to get to work, right on the George Bush Tollway, and 2 miles from 635. Everything you can think of is right there when you live in these apartments.

Believe the negative reviews. WORST APARTMENT complex I have ever lived in. There are 25+ maintenance requests attached to my apartment including serious issues like the A/C unit dumping gallons of water and a roof leak that has gone on for over a month. My once decorated organized apartment currently looks like a storage unit due to moving things away from the roof leak. There have been back to back property improvements where third party contractors sloshed toilet water all over the carpet. If you care about your car, your mail, your possessions and your peace of mind DO NOT MOVE HERE. Front

I have lived at Jefferson Creek for about 16 months, and I have really enjoyed it here. I have had several maintenance requests during my time here and they have all been completed quickly by polite maintenance staff. The leasing office staff has always been incredibly polite and helpful. The location is wonderful with shopping and many restaurants nearby. The creek creates a nice view and the rent in reasonable for what you get. I have never had bug or plumbing problems. There is tons of covered parking for residents for no additional charge.

I hardly ever write reviews but I really need to forewarn potential renters about the conditions and issues I have encountered while living in Jefferson Creek Apartments for 2011-2013.
My first major issue is the constant intrusion of privacy, if you plan on moving here be aware that apartment staff/management will need access into your apartment at least 3-5 times a month for various inspections.
Also I know that maintenance guys enter your apartment at their leisure without giving you 24 hour notice and without the consent of apartment management(they wait until you leave for work). I have

For location, area, and convenience the apartments were great. As for maintenance request, office staff and everything else is a 0 I lived here for 15 months and recently moved out. I'm glad I did. They have frequent break ins, there is only one dumpster even tho they now have door to door valet pick up for 25 bucks a month. The gym sucks they don't have a business center and there is no gate. Which for rent starting at 795 up to 1173 which is what I was paying u think there would be more security. There is a constable living on site which you never see. They have frequent apartment inspections
