Willowbrooke Apartments & Townhomes

Great apartment complex! The landlord is so kind and really makes you feel welcomed! The pet policy is really amazing compared to most apartments in this location, the maintenance crew is 10/10 always comes whenever you have a problem and solves it quick. In the summer there’s kids and dogs everywhere and it really creates this homey atmosphere. Also the price is great! In the winter they keep salt by the doors so you don’t have to worry about slipping on the ice which is very convenient. 10/10 would recommend this is an amazing complex!!

Extremely friendly staff, maintenance goes out of their way to say hi and to ask about your day. Very affordable and you get a nice community around you.

I’ve lived here almost a year and , it’s been great . Very great staff and also very accommodating.

I like it here nice place the maintenance crew are good guys. I do hope the windows get change the cold air comes right through.

Brockport area is beautiful the people are friendly. Easy access to the Willowbrook Apartment. Rent is reasonable and the apartments are of good quality.

Management is horrible, impossible to get in contact with. I moved out 2 MONTHS ago and still have not received my security deposit back or any word of when it will come. The front door is supposed to stay locked at all times but the lock was broken for the entire 10 months I lived there. In addition there was a massive ant infestation during the last few weeks I lived there. DO NO SIGN A LEASE HERE

We have had great customer service here so far. It includes all but electric and telephone service. I only wish there were more washers in each site to use

Willowbrooke is overpriced and poorly managed. My rent was collected twice even after being assured it wouldnt be when the computer systems were changed. The office management is slack and unfriendly. Unprofessional and under qualified . I would never recommend Willowbrooke to anyone . Maintenance is good . My townhouse is nice .Very unhappy customer!
