If I could give this a Zero, I would. I had countless water issues and would come home to maintenance being in my unit without even the courtesy of a phone call. After the third water issue, where my kitchen was flooded with sewage water and they had to jack hammer out the floor resulting in me having to move out of my apartment for over a week, the manager offered me two free pizza coupons for my inconvenience. The newest manager (there have been 4 since I moved in) threatened me and called me from her personal phone number to call me numerous derogatory names and threaten my family members. As

I have lived here 3 months and it’s been the worst place I’ve ever lived, management is a serious joke no complaints are ever taken care of. The tenants below me are completely disrespectful and blast their tv and music all hours of the nights while I’m trying to sleep, reported it to management 3 times and they said it would be taken care of and nothing has been done. This place is a joke and I do not recommend living here.

Jorpark Circle is a wonderful place to live. It is a nice quiet neighborhood with lots to offer. Being a young couple, my husband and I were looking for our first place to live together and this seemed like the perfect place. The two bedroom, two bathroom apartments are an excellent size! The kitchen and dining areas are perfect for the two of us. Before we moved in, a new dining room floor was put down and walls were repainted and ready to go. Our maintenance request for our heat was fixed as soon as we called on Thanksgiving. They are very timely in making sure their tenants are happy. If you

These units are beautiful and have a nice floor plan. We have three bedrooms, 2 full baths, and two garages right near our apartment which make it feel more like a home. I am the longest tenant who has lived in the complex. I can enthusiastically say that I have been here so long because it is such a peaceful, comfortable place to live. With my vigorous work schedule I just don't have the time for a house and LOVE IT HERE!

We love living at Jordache Park Apartments! The apartments are spacious and well taken care of. We love the convenience of private entrances and a laundry room in the apartment. Julie in the office is wonderful- she's always helpful and takes care of any issues without delay. All of our neighbors are always friendly along with ths staff. It really is a great place to live!

My family and I moved to Jordache Park a little over a year ago, and due to some unfortunate circumstances we have to move back. Our lease was up the end of February and we asked if they’d extend 3 more months until our next place in Massachusetts was ready. Julie, the new property manager was more than happy to accommodate us. We’re sorry we have to leave. The apartment is beautiful and the area is nice and quiet.
