If you are seeking an apartment that provides the right amount of space for individual living, we recommend our one-bedroom apartments that range between 880 and 900 square feet.
When you live at Parklands of Chili Apartments, the first thing you will discover is our generous selection of amenities. Inside your spacious apartment, you will be able to entertain guests with an open floor plan that includes a fully-equipped kitchen that boasts all-electric appliances. Better yet, during the wintertime, you can sip on hot chocolate or make fresh s'mores while getting cozy by the fireplace.
With a population of around 2,000 residents, Churchville is a village in Monroe County, New York. This small village was named after an early settler known as Samuel Church. It is located west of Rochester and minutes from Interstate 490. Although it's five hours from New York City, the Churchville area stands on its own in terms of the culture the city offers to its residents.

Beautiful and well kept complex. My apartment is spacious and I like how open the kitchen/living room area is. Fireplace and balcony are awesome, especially when it comes to decorating.
Anita is great and quick to get you whatever you need. Maintenance responds ASAP and they are friendly and efficient. 5/5 ⭐.
