I have rented all my life and have come to expect less than what I have received from The Viking. Best of show goes to the maintenance crew who are down to earth and reliable to fix any and all concerns immediately and to my expectation. The neighborhood is safe and clean, the grounds are immaculate and full of natural splendor, and the office is also down to earth and reliable.

Where do I start! Multiple things have broken in my apartment my shower drain, dishwasher, disposal (Multiple times), My fan string, sliding screen door, Towel holder, toilet paper holder, toilet seat, shower head, hallway closet door, refrigerator, bathroom sink drain and community dryer doesn't dry clothes. They came to fix some of them and left holes in my walls! I literally have to pay twice/Three times for my clothes to ever be dry! They invade your privacy constantly. I called for the dryer to be fixed and was told they can't do a single thing about it. The pool is literally never open! There

Was trying to contact them about availability and was originally asking about a townhouse they listed as available. When I got the yearly income they require for the unit (44,400 a year for monthly rent of 925) I was honest and inquired about possibly smaller units and this was the response. It's disappointing but cannot expect much considering the chance I was willing to give after their fire issue where alarms never even went off **I have several friends and family who lived in the building that caught, they have videos of being evacuated with no alarm going off. Lived here for 6 years, it was a great place to live! Unfortunately they are under new management and when we moved out they took half our security deposits for bogus "cleaning fees". The place was sparkling when we left and they even said that it was all set at our move out walk-through. If it weren't for this recent experience and robbing, this review would be 5 stars.
