My son and his girlfriend moved in July 2021. Let me just say this place is terrible. Carpet was super worn. Painted countertops...lol Cupboards and drawers are outdated and in very poor condition and the same with bathroom vanity. The worst part is that couldn't even see the apartment before signing the lease due to covid. They asked to see it and was told it wouldn't be ready until Friday afternoon and they were set to move in the next day. When they were shown the style apartment virtually, of course they were a shown updated nice apartment. I guess I didn't expect much from The Cabot group

I like it here quite a bit and intend to renew my lease for a second time this year. The area is quiet, the apartment is nice, the pool is great, and having central AC is sooooo good. The office has always been highly responsive and really nice whenever I reach out with a need or for help (Laurie has been a great help). Maintenance has always been quick during the few times I've had to request their help. I have to wonder if the majority of people who enjoy living here just do so quietly and it's only the few unhappy former or would-be residents who leave bad reviews ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I have been here almost a year and am very happy with Windsor Gardens. The apartment is lovely (a Deluxe Studio). The staff are always very helpful and responsive. Even in the midst of COVID, I was always answered and assisted promptly. Noise is minimal and sometimes I forget I even have neighbors. Definitely a wonderful place to call home!

My mother has dealt with black mold for over 24 months to the point the doors, walls, ceiling, etc. are COVERED after being cleaned with bleach over & over again!!! She has reached out to them about it over 5 times. They replaced the ceiling fan & told her to always have it on while showering (she does) & to keep both bathroom doors open (shouldn't have to). After the ceiling fan was replaced they told her she needs to clean it because they won't keep sending Maintenance Technicians to her unit to clean it. Long story short, I'm debating on reaching out to an attorney about taking this matter to
