We had a great experience with this company for our home inspection. We hired Jim Zobrosky to inspect our new construction, because we were having issues with the builder. He spent between 6-7 hours at our house doing a thorough inspection while educating me during the process. He found a number of major issues that the builder did not find during the construction. I would highly recommend hiring Jim during construction before drywall goes up and again after construction is completed.

My go to inspector was unable to meet my time constraints for my client's home inspection contract. I asked other agents and Gray Home Inspections was widely recommended. Austin Gray was very thorough in completing our home inspection. I believe he went above and beyond. He found a major electrical issue and made sure it was resolved immediately. He called to go over his inspection results and then sent the reports right away. The reports were detailed and easy to navigate. We called Gray Home last minute for a multi phase home inspection. They weaved us into their schedule no problem. The staff were all friendly and professional. They kept in touch with us for the first phase inspection. Armed with their report we were able to get a few items corrected. We were blown away by the thoroughness of our recent home Inspection. Detailed pictures, videos, and descriptions really painted the picture for our out of state sellers.
