We were among the first 40 people to choose MB as our home. From the first experience and forward, the managers were amazing. We loved the location, the layout, the amenities, and the best staff always attentive to our needs. They keep renters accountable for the rules of community living. It feel comfortable and safe to live in MB Station!

I was looking for a place to live close to my work; after researching few other options, I passed by MB Station one day, and I loved it. Since the first call, the staff was warm and welcoming. The apartments are gorgeous! Beautiful Pool, Super Clean Gym.
They have strict rules, that make the convivence much better, among all residents.
The staff is always warm and friendly, it feels like family.
I moved to a bigger unit this month and I can't be more happy. I'm so glad to have chosen MB Station as my home.

MB Station reached out to me during the pandemic when I was in desperate need of a home and all the apt buildings were shut down. It was a miracle, Marcela was the one who gave us a tour of the building and apartments that fit our needs. She was very sweet and informative, she accommodated us very well through out the lease process and I was able to sign a 1year lease for the apt of my dreams. High ceilings, wood floors, huge terrace (not balcony!) and an all modern aesthetic. Couldn’t be happier, the amenities including the gym, pool, sauna and party room I’ve gotten plenty use out of. I want to say Thank you MB Station Management for giving me the opportunity to live here. I was looking in many different buildings and they told me my credit doesn't enough and at MB station I was accepted right away with my credit. I love all the amenities the apartments are unique and brand new. Absolutely Amazing Management and building would recommend everyone to live here. The parking is amazing and very spacious. Highly Recommend.

MB station has been such a blessing for my wife and I, we couldn't be happier living here. We just renewed our lease for the second year. We feel very happy and safe here. Staff is exceptional, welcoming and super friendly. The building amaneties are preserved greatly and it is always cleaned. Management is great, they provide the solutions to any problems you may encounter. Definitely would recommend this building to anyone who wants to be happy and feel comfortable and at home.
