I have lived at The Henry for one year and have had a fantastic experience. The property is very well maintained with many extra touches to make it a first class place. The staff is very responsive and customer service oriented. The maintenance staff is responsive and extremely helpful. I love living here!

Do not move in here! This building was built horribly and are charging people to live in units where they have poor plumbing and poor construction. My neighbors unit literally EXPLODED due water pressure and bad piping, now the building doesn’t want to take care of what they need to. Management is UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNREASONABLE. The city of coral gables still doesn’t know about this and have people living in poor conditions and they are hiding information that is pertinent to resident health. My neighbor has fiber glass injuries all over her chest and arms from the explosion in her apartment

If I could give this 0 stars I would! This place has loads of problems and management has done nothing to fix any of it. Someone’s apartment flooded with water because of pipe issues with the building itself and management doesn’t even want to try and take care of the situation. The amount of plumbing problems in this building is ridiculous and it’s outrageous for them to keep this information from residents, especially since it’s so expensive. Overall, management is horrible and are constantly hiding information that is pertinent to residents health! Such a beautiful area to live in, but

As you know, when we decided to downsize after 30+ years of home ownership, we knew we were embarking on an adventure. Throughout our apartment search we were pretty clear on what we wanted.
