Best baba ganoch I’ve ever had. Great falafel and gyro. Super nice people. I’ve lived in the area for 4 years and can’t believe I hadn’t ordered here yet.

I have ordered carryout here so many times since Covid and it’s always consistently delicious. The vegetarian platter is my go-to. Everything is good but the dolma melts in your mouth…the flavor is unreal. The owner is also the nicest person ever, is very accommodating with substitutes on orders and offers a free drink while waiting for my food. :):)

This cafe was a recommendation from a native of KCMO, not to mention that I really, really appreciate Mediterranean Cuisine. I ordered one of everything on the menu and it was tasty. Definitely a place to go if you're in the area. You could tell the chef/owner prepared everything fresh once you placed your order. He cooked his native dishes with love and pride. Check him out he was a very nice and humble man.

Wonderful family, awesome food and great service! We catered them for a recent event and they were very accommodating and the food was delicious! We also ate in store and had the sage tea, vegetarian platter and my friend had the shish kabob platter. We both loved our dishes! They make everything fresh the day of and you can taste the difference between other shops! Their baklava is some of the best we've ever had! So so good!! Vegan and vegetarian options. Highly recommend!!

Time and time again, this place proves to be the best middle eastern restaurant in all the states I have visited so far (including California, D.C., and Michigan).
The quality of food is premium even for a middle eastern guy like me. It is family owned and operated which means it is home made food. I drive all the way from Springfield to come eat here at least once a month.
I recommend the baklava dessert,too.
Make sure you call ahead because is made to order and take a little bit of time.

I've thought about going here for some time. It's about time I got there. My dining companion an I had the same sampler ( beef) platter. Ah oh so delicious. The pita was great, the beef tasty, the spanokoptia good my least favorite was the dolmades.
The owners VERY nice and polite.
I will definitely do take out from here again soon

Very slow service. Food looked presentable. Was it delicious? Not really, I've had better. Cheap forks, kept bending it while trying to cut meat

This place has amazing food and amazing desserts - see picture of dessert case! Hands down some of the best pistachio baclava I've had. I ordered the Falafel and hummus plate with a side salad and really enjoyed it as well. They make really great hummus! Owner is very friendly and the place has a great atmosphere - cozy, comfortable, clean and good music. Highly recommend this place and will definitely be returning.

This hidden gem is a place I regularly stop to dine-in and have some the most genuine food from a most genuine and generous man. I often come for this food when my gut is unhappy. It always squares my insides. The atmosphere is presently unique, the food always freshly made for you. The lemonade I can't praise highly enough. I feel like I'm being fed by a friend every time I'm here. It is clean too. You should give the gift of this food to yourself, regularly! I do and I'm always glad I did.

Marble Top cafe is a lovely little joint tucked away in west Waldo that I'm afraid gets overlooked too often!

We stopped in for lunch one day. Small place, few staff, very friendly.

Great options on the menu. We were very delighted with the choices.

It did take a bit to get the food, as they keep a minimal staff... but worth the wait because they make everything fresh.

The food was quite fantastic. Piping hot, fresh and so well seasoned. Authentic Middle Eastern food is not easy to come by in KC. This place certainly did not disappoint - we will be back!

Thanks to the lovely owners for

Best Mediterranean resturaunt I have been to in the KC area! They make everything fresh which is why it takes longer to prepare the food, but totally worth it! The hummus is LIFE! This is definitely my new go to place for sure! The owner is kind and generous which makes eating at this place enjoyable as well!

Really cute, nice family owned & run restaurant. A true hidden gem that I think only locals / people in the community would know about. There's a large variety of food with options for everyone. The food may take a while, but it's 100% worth it!! The food is real, authentic Mediterranean food and I haven't been able to find another place like it in KC. I recommend the shawarma but honestly everything is really tasty. Highly recommend!

Pro tip: Order over the phone for carry out or in person to avoid Postmates / Grubhub surcharges!

For the price maybe I've been spoiled by Mr Gyros. I ordered the gyro plate for $12. I really expected more than half an gyro.

The Salad was fresh and had a good flavor. Ther meat was very juicy but didn't have much flavor.

The stuffed grape leaves had a great taste and we're not oily they had more rice than meat. Not as good as other places I've gotten.

Family owned, extremely friendly, fast and delicious Mediterranean foods!! It's become a regular for us both for quick carry out dinners (and Postmates!) as well as lunches along with little one. Their daughter (?) has also been so kind as to share toys and interact with kiddos on visits. Also has a great selection of quick grab and go desserts, sodas etc.

Very yummy food! I will agree that the hummus was pretty bland for what I was expecting but still yummy. I got the hummus plate ($10) with chicken (pictured below). I wish it had a little more hummus for the price tag but not a bad price comparing it to other local Middle Eastern-type restaurants. I highly recommend the pistachio baklava because it’s amazing!!
Everything else-the restaurant was very clean and well organised. There was enough space to get between other chairs and tables (which some small locations lack) and the restrooms were also clean and well stocked. The owner was very friendly

I consider this place a hidden gem if you're looking for Greek. It's on a strip mall so if you're not looking for it, you'd probably miss it.

The employees are friendly and helpful. There are pictures to accompany the menu which helps if you're new to Mediterranean cuisine. The interior is clean and spacious, with a ton of seating options. There's a case full of homemade baklava and every type of soft drink you could want. They also serve coffee, tea, and iced drinks.

Be forewarned, the food does take quite a while. If you're planning to carry out I absolutely

Pleasantly surprised at this dinner. I ordered to go of chicken kabob, 2 dolmas, hummus and salad. I asked for double salad and no rice and they had no problem with that and no up charge. It took about 11 min which was fine since it was made to order. Very reasonably priced at 14.99 without a beverage. The meal came with 2 sauces, greek like salad dressing and a taziki sauce. Let me just say when I put the bag in the car the wonderful aroma made my mouth water all the way back to the hotel. I was not disappointed when the taste matched the aroma. The salad was fresh without any tired vegetables

First time trying this place and last. The gyro sandwich was not what I expected. The meat looked like it was packages and pre-sliced. I'm use to the authentic gyro meat that is placed on a spinning tower in the establishments. Also the portion of meat on the gyro sandwich was not worth it.

Yikes, this was a big time swing and a miss. From a weird, quiet atmosphere to a near 30 minute wait time to receive an appetizer, I don't know what this place is aiming for.

Back in the day I went in here and remember the food being good and the service being exceptionally friendly. On a Saturday running errands we thought it would be good to get something healthy and quick so we revisited this spot.

The energy in here, or rather the lack of energy, is palpable. There are print out pictures of the food taped on the specials menu, occasional music quietly drifting through the room, but
