Services
Book either our Main Dining Room and Patios or the Classic Cellar for your wedding, rehearsal dinner, corporate party, holiday party, or anything else you might be celebrating! Book the Classic Cellar for your group of up to 75 people. It's great for baby and bridal showers, business meetings, and any other reason you wan to get together with a group of friends and family.
No reservation necessary, but recommended. We cannot accept reservations for outdoor seating, as it is first come, first served. Getting started is easy. Make a reservation through Yelp or call us at 816-753-1840. If your group is larger than 4 people, please call the restaurant to make your reservation.

After a 3 hour drive from Wichita, The Classic Cup Cafe was our reward for lunch! The beet salad with salmon was delicious! On a mild weather middle of the week day on the Plaza during the Christmas holidays, it was the perfect place to begin our shopping adventures! The service and food were both excellent! We hope this review gives you an idea of what it is like to spend a holiday weekday on the Plaza in Kansas City!

Adorable place to have a meal and people watch. The long rectangular cafe & large windows make Classic Cafe a nice break from the Plaza. As a visitor to KC from a big city, I was super touched to see the staff give a free meal to a homeless lady they clearly knew well and enjoyed visiting with despite the full occupancy. This would never happen where I’m from.

I so enjoyed the Sicilian Omelet. Oh my goodness, the meat was juicy, the salsa very complimentary, and the fried potatoes were a work of art. The service was exemplary. My ☕ and💧were refilled at just the right moment. We were well distanced and the interior had plenty of natural light & ventilation Kudos the the chef!
