Black Hawk Apartments

Need some upgrading but location is good if you wanna get around without driving ! Train and bus stops are in walking distance and restaurants ,fitness centers, hair and body services are close by and lots of pharmacy and convenient stores and grocery stores are all very close by ,you can basically walk to get every possible thing you need or that you wanna do so a car isn’t necessary at all specially when public transportation is right out the front door for when you would need to travel far for any thing else you’d have to get to

I drive for Uber every evening. I took a passenger and her children to these apartment buildings. The area looks pretty nice and pretty safe everything is maintained nicely even the landscape. Looks like a decent place to live five stars all the way keep up the good work

Mediocre place, nothing more. Outdated by at least 20 years. Any place that has window AC units is a write off in my opinion. Rent should be $300 a month cheaper than they ask. Not sure why anyone continues to pay what they are asking. I visit my girlfriend that lives here and my car has gotten keyed TWICE in a 3 month period. No security cameras anywhere, front desk lady is clueless and couldn't care any less. Go somewhere else if you have 1300 a month to waste on a 1 bedroom. For about 50 bucks more you can get a place thats five times nicer down the road in Malvern.

Been here for over a year now and absolutely love it! Clean, quiet and friendly with the best pool. Highly recommend

The apartments are very nice but we currently have some people repeatedly keying nice cars in the parking lot and our complaints are falling on deaf ears.
I would steer clear of this place for a couple years until either the perpetrators move on, management takes some proactive measures to increase parking security or they allow you to break your lease early when your property is being singled out because it is nice.

While our apartment is nice, rent is affordable, staff is friendly, and maintenance is quick, we've been having some issues. We moved in about 5 months ago, and my new car was keyed twice and spit on, two weeks after moving in. And now, my fiance's new car has also just been keyed. I've called the management and am hoping that they take action since apparently my fiance and I aren't the only victims of this act (there were a couple more people whose cars have been keyed/window smashed). We are hoping that they put security cameras at our parking lot, and not just rely on their tenants to buy their
