Just moved in, and so far I'm very pleased with my decision to choose Severgn. I want to give a special thanks to Rachel... She has no idea how helpful she was to me in making my decision, and only being able to say thanks doesn't seem like enough. Everyone else I've interacted with so far has been kind and very courteous, and I'm excited to get settled in.

Beware of using automatic payments for rent. My roommate and I set up auto payments with our respective bank accounts for rent and were charged an extra month’s rent in error after terminating our lease. When I called to remediate this issue I was assured Severgn would reimburse us promptly; however, this took the better part of a month. Also, they cut us one check with both of our names on it. One check, after taking money out of two separate accounts - one of which was overdrawn due to this extra charge. If you don’t have a joint checking account it’s very difficult to deposit these checks

My apartment is above a smoker. The cigarette smoke comes into my apt through the vents. The refrigerator in my apartment is very old and runs all the time. This increases my electric bill. The kitchen sink small and faucet is very cheap. There is a knocking over head in my apartment related to the hot water heater. It is frequent and annoying. I will leave when my lease is over and never recommend to anyone living here.

I am a current resident of Severgn Apartments and I can not say enough good things about my experience. The location is perfect to everything you need. Everyone in the housing office is so kind. The gym and pool are an added bonus and are both well taken care of. I love how quiet it is, especially at night. The reason I gave them four stars is because of the price. It is on the steeper side, but it is worth it.

Signed a six month lease and glad it's going to be over soon. For the amount of money that I am paying, I was expecting something much nicer. The apartment is mediocre at best. There were some updates done to the apartment before I moved in, but it still has that worn, dated look. For instance, the carpet was new when I moved in, but the floors underneath are not even (divots and bumps as you walk on it). Whoever painted the walls did a dismal job because it was not plastered beforehand. Who thought of putting a giant washer and dryer set where counters should be in the kitchen was a good idea

I lived at Severgn for a few years until recently and the experience was only OK. If the cons on this list are agreeable to you, you might have a fine time living there. Many of my neighbors lived there for a long time and seemed to like it... it just wasn't for me.
Pros:
- Bigger apartments than others in the area (but you pay for it)
- Plenty of parking - no fighting over spots
- Mostly soundproof, as compared to other apartments in the area
- Grounds are kept very clean
- Maintenance responds quickly to all kinds of issues
- Accepts pets (see related con)
- Events throughout the year
