I have been living in Chaddwell for about 4 years now. I liked it in the beginning but lately I had some maintenance issue and called the leasing office. And this was the second time I was calling about the issue which was not fixed. Paula picked up and I was explaining her the problem I was facing. She did not seem interested in what I had to say and abruptly ended my call. They have to teach these people to be hospitable to customers when they charge such high rents.

Living in Chaddwell Community gives us peace of mind, when we decided to down size, we did not want to worry about the expense of having to do repairs or if any appliances broke down that would be more expense, sure we pay it in the rent price but if something goes wrong, we have a great maintenance staff who is right there fixing the problem, also if needed we get new carpeting every five years, and someone will even do the painting, no work, no fuss. and such peace of mind. - From a verified resident on ApartmentRatings

The Chaddwell Apartments are a warm, friendly community, where the residents are neighborly and the staff is amazing. Each month they host an event from a pool party to holiday party, movie night and pretzel Thursdays. One and two bedrooms apartments are available, some newly remodeled; cats are allowed. At the clubhouse you find a gym, pool, pool tables, outdoor grills with seating and a playground. The master bedroom {2 bedroom} and living room are very spacious. Full size washer and dryer in apts. There are plenty of restaurants, grocery and retail stores only minutes away. Yet the neighborhood

We have spent more than month time at this property and we really loved this place. Peaceful and amazing ambience. The staff is very helpful and co-opertaive and they helped us on each step whenever we needed their help. The best part is it's very close to Miller park , produce junction and grocery shops. Overall we loved our stay here and look forward the same help & support. One point I would like to mention that quarterly events should be organized so that we get more opportunity to meet our resudents. Thank you.

Very arrogant and unprofessional management! When we first moved in, the carpet was full of cat urine odor. Also, beware they are charging at least $100 carpet cleaning fee from your security deposit no matter how clean your carpet is. It is completely unreasonable and even against the law. You just can't charge for normal wear and tear. However, the management is very arrogant. Stay away!!!

Chaddwell is a beautiful community. Recently moved from Florida and I am absolutely impressed. Andy, Jen and Rachel especially have been very helpful with securing the apartment and making the lease transition and smooth and quick as possible. The apartment is spacious and comfortable, noise is practically non existent and the neighbors are great. I would recommend anyone who wants a quiet and spacious community go consider Chaddwell.
