From the first phone call / 2 visits / a few phone calls after. I made my choice to move here and had went to 6 other places. The staff are all helpful and helped me with deciding which model would best suit my needs. The area is fantastic - the grounds are well maintained and im excited for my model that is getting renovated.

Nice mostly adult community until you look closely. Not as clean as it could be. Pandemic going on and I Haven’t seen anyone steam clean a single thing anywhere yet. Pandemic going on and The pool is over-run by people that don’t live here filling up the parking lots. Strange people that definitely don’t live here on the lakes to go fishing all the time. Lifeguards don’t really enforce anything and probably have all their friends coming in as well. Nice place but needs some TLC and more supervision.

I love this community, its very friendly and quiet. I have been living there for a year and a half, and I have no complaints. The maintenance team does a great job, during snow days, I was surprise to see how fast they cleared our drive ways and the community. The facilities are great and well kept. My apartment is also very spacious and warm. I love this place.

So far, in six months of living here, I've had a fantastic experience. The facilities are great and the ladies in charge are impeccably competent.
The one recommendation I would make to anyone considering moving to the area is that you ensure you are able to drive in the United States. The driving test pales in comparison to Western European equivalents, but I was given a two-month lead time between booking the driving test and taking it.
If your office is nearby, and you don't have a license, this is your only option. You'll be comfortable, but bored. If you work elsewhere and can't yet drive
