McKinney Park Apartments

The Office workers are very races and fake. They nit pick with certain residents and they also have a huge roach festation problem.

Do not move here, it’ll be nice and good at first but after a few months things will get bad. My car was towed because I forgot to change the license plate number from the number on my paper tag to the plate number. New plates were placed November 2020, car was towed May 2021 so it took 6 months for my car to be towed. The year make and model of my car was registered to my apartment number, the year make and model of the car towed was the exact same and was parked in front of my building but that license plate got me. I really loved the staff and maintenance that works here, they do a great job at maintaining the property and make you feel welcome. The units aren't stunning, but they are comfortable and the air conditioning/water is great. We didn't really like the trash situation, as the bins seemed to overflow well before trash day and could get really smelly and inconvenient to throw trash away in. We also had roaches for the first couple of months we lived here but equated it to living behind a greenbelt (more on that later) and traps were enough to take care of the problem. I have lived in these apartments for over a year and I’m truly happy here! The Landlords are super nice and always stay in touch with residents.
Our new gym just opened and I had my first workout today, and will have many many more! It’s is. great gym with lots of new equipment, and it also a little play area for kids! It’s really nice! I would encourage everyone to check it out!

When I moved from Denver to Denton, I found these apartments online and the people there were exceptional and made me feel like I had found the perfect place. Please beware...there is a roach issue that had to be addressed on a couple of occasions and still was not resolved by the time I moved out a year and a half later. I never even had guests at my house because I was so embarrassed. My kids were very uncomfortable with this as well. I have lived at many properties and this one is top notch! I have never had such a quick response to any issues I have. The staff and maintenance staff are wonderful and always willing to help you. I hope to make this my home permanently.

My husband and I moved here from Amarillo Texas back in 2014.. and I can truly say that we made an excellent choice when we decided to move to McKinney Park.
Our stay here has not only been peaceful but it's also a very comfortable and safe place to live. I love the fact that they keep their grounds very nice and clean.their pool is beautiful and always clean as well. As far as maintenance is concerned we are very pleased. they're always on time and they always get the job done. Thank you Robert and Jim for all that you do. Connie and Meghan are very professional, they always go out of their way

The staff are great. Very friendly and helpful. Maintenance is top class. All complaints are fixed promptly. If I have to, I would love to leave here again. Thanks Ms Connie and team for such a pleasant stay.

I love ❤ these apartments! They go out of their way to accommodate me. I mean above & beyond! They are so nice (the staff) & they get whatever I need done right away. I have lived here for two years & just renewed my lease & will continue to stay here because I love ❤ it!
