Terrible customer service , my friend and I were treated as children and the manager is so rude I was on a time limit cause my friend had to be somewhere soon nobody was at the front of the gym so that my friend could pay because she did not have a membership so we proceeded with intention to pay once we seen someone to help us after we begin to work out he approached us in a rude manner and scolded us as if we were children even after we told him that we were trying to pay DONT GO TO THIS GYM !

Great gym! It's not covered in mirrors and there's inspirational clips of body builders to help motivate and educate you during your workout. The owner is one of a kind and you really should get to know Clint he is a knowledgeable very down to earth no BS kind of person. What you see is what you get.

Nice place to workout but I relocated and could use the services any longer. The owner sends me a picture of a card with his email and after reaching a web site I find no mention of cancelation policy. Now they won't stop billing me and hou sing me. Some kind of scam they got going where they force people to join them

If I could leave 0 I would.
I called and asked how much it'll be for a day and he just starts cursing at me saying to not waste his time that he has to make a living. I was caught off guard but I asked for a membership and Clint goes just come over here and fckin find out. What an odd angry man. Not wasting my time there I guess.

I needed to cancel my membership and when I showed up to the gym I waited at the front desk for several minutes before Clint finally walked up to me and he very rudely said “are you looking for me?” He acted very angry that I had disturbed whatever he was doing. When I told him I needed to cancel his attitude continued, he shoved a business card in my face and pointed to an email like I was supposed to remember their cancellation policy. I would have asked over the phone but I was sent straight to voicemail when I tried calling.

I went to the Forge to ask about a veterans membership which my friend told me there would be a discounted rate for. The owner, Clint Alley, spoke with me regarding this and was unbelievably disrespectful. He told me that because of my Military Occupational Specialty I, "wasn't respectable enough" to qualify for a veterans package and that I could pay the $40 standard fee like everyone else.
