Honeymoon Trail Winery is located on the Historic Honeymoon Trail (route 104) and the Niagara Escarpment. We are just minutes from Niagara Falls, and Lake Ontario. This winery was built in 1970 and was originally named "Niagara Winery" before it became a gun stock store in the 1990's. Garry and Lori were thrilled to turn it back into a winery.
Garry, not only had a passion for wine making, but his talent and expertise shone in his creation of delicious award winning wines. He produced wines that made the connection between the land and the glass. The winery's mission was, and still is, to produce quality wines relying on the freshest local New York State ingredients.

Wasn’t pleased with the customer service at all. Went with a tour and unknowingly went against a COVID restriction, instead of nicely asking us to leave and come in when the first group left, we were told to “get out” along with that, the wine was mediocre at best. May have been the customer service leaving a bad taste. Won’t be coming back.

One of my favorite wineries in the area - from the delectable wines to the delicious cheese and everything in between. The winery itself is so quaint and adorable looking similar to a fairy home or something out of LOTR. The staff is usually pretty friendly, especially for the cheese tastings. This is a must-see when I'm in the area wine tasting.
