Bella Rose Vineyard & Winery is located in Lewiston, New York, along the scenic Niagara Wine Trail. A labor of love achieved through friends and family working together, the vineyard was established in 2015. Four years later, a dream became reality when the winery doors were opened for the first time.
The Bella Rose story means that together with each wine, we "bottle" our love of family, friends and the Western New York region. So lift a glass, and share with us the unique flavors of the wines we make from distinctive Niagara-Escarpment grown grapes.

We took a Niagara USA Wine Trail tour and visited 4 NY wineries. This was our first stop and they do it right. Beautiful location, building, good service, lots of wine for about $8.50. Lots of sweet wines, but we enjoyed the Ridge Red and ordered a full glass of that. They can accommodate larger groups, not sure if they take busses or limos (many do not). If you are visiting the falls this winery is near by, they also have a tasting room within walking distance of the falls if you do not have a car. Enjoy, Cheers!

I've been taking visitors to the Niagara Escarpment wineries for years, but this was my first time visiting Bella Rose and it has now earned a permanent place on my tour route for my future guests. Who says wine doesn't grow on trees?! Bella Rose was our last stop on the Niagara Wine Trail. You get a generous pour with each glass. The tasting price was one of the best we found and the wine tree is adorable! My favorite wine was the last one I tried- Catawba. Be sure to check them out in Lewiston when you're in the area!

If you are looking for a winery experience, I wouldn't recommend Bella Rose. If you want to drink wine on a patio (something you can do at any restaurant), this would be a good fit for you.
The wine here was great & service inside the winery was fantastic. There is seating available on the patio, and a variety of picnic benches next to the vineyards themselves.

Stick to the wine because the beer is horrific! Watery nonsense. Wasn't even able to finish the flight. One of the servers stated one of the beers was an IPA when in fact it was not even close it was more like dish water. The only reason that this review is getting a single star is because of the location and the Irish band that was playing out back. The owner did nothing to make the situation right he just let us walk out the door to pay for a flight we didn't even drink. Will not be returning anytime soon.

A small Vinyard on the Niagara wine trail. Really enjoyed the cabernet sauvignon and traminette where excellent. The ridge red was listed as dry, but very berry forward. Loved the view on the patio, quiet and relaxing. Perfect place to enjoy a flight,, glass or bottle of wine. Will return to this Vinyard.

This place was really beautiful and had a friendly staff. I came with a group of girls to each get a flight of wine, and boy did Bella Rose not disappoint! Each glass was filled about halfway, which made it really enjoyable to get a flavor for each kind. I found my new favorite wine here! Would definitely recommend, and yes, they have slushees.

Very cool place. Wifey did a flight of 5 wines and it was only $7, I had a flight of local beer and it was 5 beers for $10 on the flight. So very nice on the price and we both enjoyed everything that we tried. The place was very laid back and we got a table outside and were able to just relax and enjoy our flights. The staff were very helpful and very friendly.

This was my first visit 5/1/21, though family members have been to Bella Rose. Had a nice flight of 5 wines, 3 reds and 2 whites, including one that had just been bottled the night before. I especially liked the Big Red and would order that again. We also had a flight of beer. In the wine and beer flights you select from their menu, those you want to try. In addition, we snacked on a pkg of the chocolate drizzled popped corn which was so very fresh, we went through another one. We sat outside on the covered patio for awhile but the breeze made it a bit too cool to linger despite the nice

One of the pricier tastings, $8.50 for 5, but the pours are generous and the wines taste great. I tried the pinot noir, dry riesling, Isabella, bubbles, and catawba. The Isabella was probably my favorite, but I came home with a bottle of the sure-to-please catawba.
All the wines I tried taste great. We just love wines from the tangy catawba grape most of all, especially for BBQ season, which is almost upon us.
The Isabella is a blend that includes the Niagara grape, which I don't like alone, but works well in blends. Sophisticated with a touch of sweetness.

When you think you went to all the niagara County wineries always do another search. We found Bella and when we asked the owner they have been open about 2 years.with covid it is a little different but the wines were really good.

Then we ended up getting a glass of wine to enjoy. It was still cold out but they also have a patio to enjoy the nice weather.

We were not disappointed in our evening at Bella Rose. Although our occasion was not necessarily a happy one, it turned out beautifully. The room was decorated for Christmas and was very clean. The staff was helpful and let us do our family thing. I had a glass of their semi-dry Riesling wine and it was delicious. We never felt rushed to complete our event. The Winery did a great job to help us celebrate the life of a man we all miss. Thank you so much. Emma

Came back for another tasting. Since the weather was nice we sat outside this time. Great view out back. Wines are still great. Really liked the semi dry Riesling. If the owner sees this, when we were here in the winter we talked about how our grapes didn't produce last year. This year we're happy to report they came back strong with a large number of full bunches.

Stopped back today and it was very nice to enjoy a flight of wine outside, overlooking the vineyard.
They've implemented several new safety measures to comply with state laws, including:
-masks while not seated
-spaced out tables, and taped areas along the bar in the tasting room
-new food items, which are required to be purchased while consuming alcohol, per the state mandate
The food selection was pretty good and reasonably priced! They had cookies, soft pretzels, chocolates, and a snack pack with local cheese (East Hull Creamery), almonds and craisins.
Overall we had an enjoyable visit

Best wines I have honestly had at any winery in the Niagara region wine trails. They have such good sweet wines and this amazing sparkling rose wine that was to die for I had to buy a bottle. They have dry wines as well and a good variety of reds and whites.A husband and wife own this location and its so nice inside there are a lot of places to sit and the bar space is very long which is great for big parties. Will definitely be back
