I went in knowing NOTHING about diamonds, and came out learning a lot more than expected from Brett's "Diamond 101".
Brett and his family has been in the jewelry business for quite some time and easily answered any questions we had that day. There were a lot of jewelry designs available for purchase, but Fuenfer Jewelers also offers the option for customers to design/customize their own pieces to their liking!

My fiance came to Fuenfer to design an engagement ring together. We had very specific and non-traditional ideas but knew very little about jewelry shopping. Brett and his dad held our hand and coached us the whole way through! They wanted to ensure we walked away with something beautiful that would stand the test of time. Went in last week to get diamond earrings for Mother's Day. The whole process was amazing- from start to finish. The people that work here were so accommodating and helped us find something incredible. They were so helpful with making sure we found the perfect fit for my ear. Very nice and will for sure be going back! I love my new diamonds!

Fuenfer Jewelers did an amazing and affordable job on the repair to my ring. A stone had fallen out and they took the time to find a new turquoise stone just like the old one! Plus the center stone was chipped and they turned it to save my ring and my day!
They also replaced my watch battery for a very reasonable price as well.

Fuenfer jewlers was amazing to work with. I literly spent months researching different engagement ring settings and speaking to every jewler in the north shore area. I wish I had found Fuenfer jewelers sooner. Brett made an engagement ring for my fiancee that looks absolutely amazing. I have been doing business with Fuenfer Jewelers for about 10 years. I do not do large volumes, but any time my husband or I have gone there they have been warm, welcoming and professional. Most importantly they are trustworthy. If I needed something reset or cleaned they treat you with respect. They even were able to dip some yellow gold jewelry to white gold which I didn't think was possible.

Walked in to get my beau's watch battery replaced. It took us 3 times hitting the buzzer to be let inside. After that, we were essentially ignored so we headed for the back to a counter. The man at the counter replaced my boyfriend's watch battery. Then, without even addressing me, he turned around. While we were here, I thought I would ask they could fix my claddagh ring, which was missing a small stone.

They have a very good however, not huge selection of fine bobbles to select from, all sorts of settings, from the traditional to modern. If you don't see what you want, they can make it for you. I've had several items made, and get complements on them all the time.
They also do watch repairs, change batteries and water testing.
