They are very friendly and fast. Me and my husband had wonderful experience with Windy City Customerservice people, even if it was our first time visit. These guys have been nothing but fair and kind, understanding, thoughtful and flexible. Moses is a terrific guy, his empathy and compassion is far and few between, sometimes you just know real when you see it, Moses is one of those guys. Everybody there seems really nice but his uplifting spirit during difficult times is second to none. I wish all customer service representatives conducted themselves the way he does.
