The 21 Day Strength Jump start program is full of bad ass, individualized training and motivation for less than ONE in-person training session. 2 workouts/week including: corrective exercises, foam rolling, stretching, weight training and cardio with corresponding videos. This is an online training program with all the same motivation and individualized workouts as a one-on-one session.

Bree is the third personal trainer I've worked with. Although the first two trainers were fantastic, I kind of felt like our time together came to an end because I wasn't losing weight anymore. In a sense, I felt like they had given up on me after not seeing results.

This was my first time hiring a person trainer and it was one of the best decisions I have made. I was a little nervous about it at first, but Bree made our virtual workout sessions very comfortable. She is super nice and motivating. Always has a good and positive attitude. She is great at what she does and very knowledgeable about it too. I originally picked her because she specializes in injuries and I have noticed over time that my knee pain is pretty much almost completely gone. I have noticed that I have also gotten stronger. Each workout is different and modified according to my goals which

Bree is amazing!!! I am not good at all about strength training on my own, and when I train with her once a week, I think about it at other times during the week as well, and have started doing a second abbreviated version on my own, in addition to cardio. She is also just such a nice person and fun to talk to - she would be my friend even if she weren't my trainer - but spending time working hard to better your health with someone who you legit think is an awesome person actually does make it easier!

I highly recommend Bree to anyone looking for a personal trainer. I’ve worked out with her for over three years now. Before I met Bree, I had tried working out on my own but wasn’t seeing results. Bree works with you to achieve your specific goals and keeps each workout fun and different. She is also great at getting you to do more than you think you can. Plus she is an all-around great person.
